CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10(one cement, five sand and ten aggregate)using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including mixing by mechanical means de-watering side shuttering , strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Supplying and laying hydraulic pressed monolithic natural grey colour cement concrete Interlocking Paver Block Stone 83mm thick, over a base layer of crushed stone sand filling including cost of materials laying and Labour charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers (Paver block stone should be approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work).

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-200 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/M3 and mazimum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improvement workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 Cu.m) 7730 Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 Cum)5156 kg of 0-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.7 Cum) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement gril and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, cutting etc., and Providing fixtures like fan clams in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra etc., complete complying with standard specfication and as directed the departmental officers. Supplying and laying of Ready mix 15 Grade for the following grade of concrete having characteristic strength not less than specified in the IS 456 - 2000 using Ordinary Portland cement with minimum cement content of 366 Kg / cum confirming to IS 8112. Coarse aggregate having a specific gravity of 2.60 using 20 mm down graded hard blue granite broken stone jelly and fine aggregate without fly ash as per IS 383 - 1970 (2007) with suitable water cement ratio not less than 0.45 of water quality confirming to IS 456 - 2000 including use of plasticizer of approved make & dosage of required grade at all location and levels with specified high workability as per IS 1199 - 1959 (2004). Dadooing the walls with colour printed Design glazed tiles of size 305mmx200mmx6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:2, 10mm and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 kg/sq.m neatly in all floors, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).

Painting the walls with two coats ready mixed exterior / interior emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supply and erecting and hoisting of ISMB 300x140mm steel stanchion post including cleats to receive the purlin all cutting drilling holes welding and fixing of members with necessary bolts, nuts anchor bolt of approved quality hoisting aligning and glazing the trusses in position as per plan. The rate should include the cost painting the members with one coat or red oxide primer and zinc chromate etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating and supplying and erecting the required number of Trusses with structural steel members like angle iron MS plates for all truss members including cleats to receive the purlins all cutting drilling holes welding and fixing of members with necessary bolts nuts anchor bolt of approved quality hoisting aligning and laying the trusses in position as per plan. The rate should include the cost of painting the members with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing Galvalume sheet louvers 0.4mm thick (55AI:43, 4Zn:16SI TCT AI colour coating) with yield strength of 550 Mpa made from high tensile / CR sheet of approved quality with outer and middle frame 75mmx75mmx3mm square pipe as per drawing approved by the officers including cost of all materials, Labour charges for fixing aligning etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of continuous sandwich Puf panels 50mm thick either as single piece Pre-fabricated, modular, factory made units which consist of an insulating layer of rigid polyurethane loam between two layers of metal sheets, comprises of puf bonded between two sheets of pre-coated G.l sheets of 0.5mm thick to produce straight to finish panels with all necessary fixtures to complete the work in all respects. The rate is inclusive of design, shop drawing preparation, submission for approval etc., and also inclusive of any other incidental charges such as lifting using grane, labour charges for erection, cost of all materials involved and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of 40 X 6mm G.I Flat over the galvalume sheet roofing which is placed on the top of Purlin in the longitudinal direction to avoid the lifting of roofing during heavy wind. The rate is inclusive of GI screws 75mm length with rubber and aluminium washer, drilling hole over GI Flat to hold the sheet and purlin with necessary adhesive flashing tap directly over the galvalume sheet including labour charges for fixing, conveyance, loading, unloading and cutting etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade) calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder / rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water /moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Supplying and fixing of UPVC (Up-plasticized poly vinyl choloride) louvered ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mmx58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/ 1mm 125 GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi colored chamber section with wall thick of 2mm.
