Basket Ball court: Earthwork excavation in soils upto SDR by mechanical means including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections etc., complete including for finished item of work for trench cutting as per MoRT&H specification 301(5th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The work shall be carried out as per approved Plan & Profile and Payment will be based on levels for finished item of works

Plain Cement Concrete (1:5:10) (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) under foundations and under flooring bed using coarse aggregate 40mm size hard , machine crushed Granite metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand (with 50% river sand & 50% manufactured sand), coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, all charges for mixing, laying concrete in foundations , ramming, finishing top surface to the required level, curing including cost of overheads & contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work. Plain Cement Concrete corresponding to M-20 grade as per IS 456 nominal mix using 20mm size graded aggregate machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate)(consisting of nominal size metal 60% of 20mm, 15% of 13.20/12.50mm, 15% of 10mm and 10% of 6mm) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) (with 50% river sand & 50% manufactured sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing, laying concrete, curing and cost of overheads & contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work, for:-Machine Mix-PCC : M-20 NOMINAL MIX.

Supply and placing of Design Mix Concrete M20 grade corresponding to IS 456 with minimum cement content of 350 kgs per 1 cum of concrete using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard Granite metal (coarse aggregate)(consisting of nominal size metal 60% of 20mm , 15% of 13.20/12.50mm , 15% of 10mm and 10% of 6mm ) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) (with 50% river sand & 50% manufactured sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site, centering using Steel scaffolding pipes, jack Props, Wallers, Foot plates, brackets, steel Centering Plates, etc, etc., including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing, vibrating and cost of overheads & contractors profit etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) FOR FOOTINGS

Supplying, fitting and placing thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) (Fe 500/500D/550D grade as per IS 1786-1979 manufactured by Category A Major Steel Manufacturers including PSUS's with minimum installed Production Capacity above l0 Lakh MT Per annum (SAIL,VSP STEEL, TATA, JINDAL PANTHER ) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars to site, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying on all materials etc. ,and cost of overheads & contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work ( APSS No.126)

Plastering 12mm thick in two coats using screened sand(with 50% river sand & 50% manufactured sand) with base coat of 8mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, all operational, incidental charges on materials, cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding , lift charges, curing, cutting grooves as directed by Engineer - in - charge etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. Granolithic Concrete flooring 20 mm thick with (1:1:2), using 6mm to 12 mm size hard granite machine crushed metal and screened sand laid over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, in alternate panels of size not exceeding 1.50 m x 1.50 m and finishing the top surface to required smoothness and slopes and thread lining including cost of all materials like cement, metal sand (with 50% river sand & 50% manufactured sand)and water, overheads & contractors profit, complete for finished item of work. (APSS No.701 & 710).

Collection, supplying , spreading and compacting aggregates of brocken bricks aggregates as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge, including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80 -100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and slopes, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of brick aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density watering and compacting to the required density including cost of material, seigniorage charges, transportation, labour charges, over heads & contractor's profit etc. complete

Collection, supply, stacking, spreading and compaction of gravel as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge, from approved quarry including cost and conveyance, of materials, seigniorage charges, stacking, spreading in layers, compacting with Vibratory roller 8T upto desired density, over head charges & contractors profit etc. complete. (Payment Based on Levels)

Collection, Supply, spreading and compaction of the soil like Clay or silty sand or combination of these materials obtained from borrowed useful earth from outside road boundary MDD of 18 KN/Cum , CBR ≥ 12%, PI < 12%, by mechanical means upto SDR with all leads and lifts including pre-watering of soil at borrow area, removal of top soil, excavation of soils at borrowed area, conveyance of soil, depositing the soil on the embankment, spreading soil, breaking clods, sectioning, grading and consolidation with 8 to 10 Tonnes Vibratory Road Roller @ OMC to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H, including all hire and operational charges of T&P, complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 305 (5th revision).
