Material and labour for 100 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) with coarse aggregate of specification grade as per MORTH spread rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete using mechanical paver/grader and tandem vibratory rollerd/earth compactor of capacity exc 8 tonne and not exceeding 15 tonne at OMC to achieve the min 98% density of MOD determined using modified density determination method as per IS Code on prepared subgrade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix hume pipe Septic tank for 5 users designed to carry sewage and sullage water, including necessary excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 foundation, vent shaft etc complete all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION
Supply and Fixing Energy efficient 10 Watts BEE 5 star rated, B-22 bore LED Lamp working at 230 volts 50 Hz complete as specified and directed.
Supply and fixing LED light fitting with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt BEE 5 star rated, 220 V AC decorative type with driver and LED lamp 5700K Rated CCT energy efficient with lumen efficiency corrosponding to five star BEE rating published for year of installation, pf 0.8, colour rendering index not less than 70%, IP20 complete with all accessories internally pre wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size all as directed .
EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION
Supply & install ,testing and commissioning of transformer out door type as per IS : 1180 part - I, EEL-2 step down, copper Cu 99.9% purity, electrolytic grade wound 11KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC 3 phase 50 Hz 500 KVA capacity, core type, oil immersed naturally air cooled, oil natural air natural (ON/AN) , with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYn-11 with neutral brought out on secondry side (LV) and having taping at +5% to -10% in steps of 2.5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 50 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celsius transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design.
Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability CRGO prime core grade M-3/ M-OH / ZDKH /TCH grade, perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations. The transformer shall be IS/IEC 60076 and as per IS-1180 part - I of 2014 marked. Flux Density at rated voltage and rated frequency should be 1.688 T the transformer shall be designed as per CBIP manual 317 for over-fluxing witstand capacity of 110% continuous, 125% for 1 minute and 140% for 5 seconds. and over loading capacity of transformer shall be as per IS 6600 , Noise level as per NEMA TR1, with class A insulation, Tank pressure, Vaccum witstand capability & minimum clearances as per CBIP manual, No Load Current within 1% to 2% of Full load current Tranformer losses shall not exceed the loses mentioned in Table 6 of IS: 1180 of 2014 Part - I with Energy Effeciency Level - 2 and shall comprise of the following accessories :-
(a) One cable box on HT side (Primary side) consisting of three no. porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washer , with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out 3 core 120 Sq mm, HT 11000 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty , armoured cables including jointing materials complete. (b) One cable box on LT side(secondary side) consisting of four no. porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out single core /3.5 core of rated size/ runs of secondary currents, LT 1100 volts grade, PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including jointing materials complete. with Bi metallic flexible connectors and copper bus bars of rated capacity with insulators support to be provided. (c) Conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel).
(e) Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level gauge, Oil drain filter valve, Jacking / Lifting lugs, Marshalling Box, IP 55, with oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four no. plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (f) One no 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device. (g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50x6mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (j) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral. (k) First fill of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 of 1986 marked, filtered and tested up to 50 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes, specific resistance at 27 Degree Celsius Ohm-ohm 500 x 10 the power12, water content 50 PPM, Dielectric dissipation factor (tan Delta at 90 degree Celsius) 0.005, Neutralisation value mg of KOH/gm of oil 0.03, Inter facial tension N/M at 27 Degree Celsius - 0.04, flash point 140 Degree Celsius and sludge 0.1 % by weight.
(l) Detachable Rollers of adequate load capacity and no. of channels, embedded in floor, for movement of transformer. (m) Top and Bottom Filter cum drain Valves with Dummy (n) 6" Oil temperature indicator and winding temperature indicator with alarm and Trip contacts (o) Radiators shall be of Detachable type with proper butter fly valves (p) The transformer plinth as per OEM recommendation. Cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor and nothing extra will be admissible on this account.

The bottom of the outer shall contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The outer shall be powder coated with pure polyester Seimens gray structural RAL 7032 shade.
Provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom & lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The degree of protection f outer shell shall be IP-54. Inner Shell : Inner shell shall be made out of 2.0mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each control gear, front & back openable single door system lockable/openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated 19mm dia fancy locks (02 Nos in each compartment) having louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air. ‘U’ type gasket shall be used to make the inner shall completely vermin proof & to accommodate incomer/outgoing MCCBs and TPN copper bus bar of rating not less than the 1.5 times of the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB.
The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted of suitable size ‘F’ class insulators made on non hygroscopic, non combustible, track resistant, high strength FRP/SMC/DMC material at interval not more than 500 mm throughout the length of the TPN bus bar. The Cubicle incomer MCCB as well as outgoings shall have copper TPN extension links of current carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. Taking out serviceable XLPE cable 185 sqmm and relaying and connecting at new route complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : i) Excavation, RFR, removal, Sand cushioning, Cable covers required will be paid in the relevant schedule of items. ii) During excavation if cable damaged by contractor then complete cable will be provided by the contractor as new at no extra cost.
M&L for sand cushioning for underground cable using fine sand 8cm before laying cable and 15cm after laying and punned to 180mm after laying of cable complete all as specified. (Note: Punned thickness shall measured and considered for payment purpose)
Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV 630 Amps, 21KA/3 outdoor type Ring main unit IP 54 protection plug in type extensible on one side SF 6 gas insulated two coming and one outgoing (4 way) with metering plate from mounted compact switch gear consisting of 02 Nos load break switch as incommer and 02 Nos outging VCBs, all live parts, bus bars VCB will be enclosed in robotically/manual welded minimum 2 mm thick stainless steel tank filled with SF 6 gas IP 67 Degree of protection and tested for internal arc 20 KA/1 sec as per latest IEC 62271-200 complete installed on plateform as recommended by OEM, including the cost of PCC foundation for placing of RMU on plinth complete all as specified and as directed. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site:-
(A) Incoming Load Break Module - 02 Nos each switching unit shall be designed as a three position switch. This three function switch combines the functions of switch disconnector and earthing switch cables switch 12KV, 630Amp, 21 KA -01 Set. Snap action mechanism for motorised and manual (Both) operation with integrated earthing switch -01 Nos. Cable bushing 630 Amp standard C bushing -01. (B) (i) Out going VCBs - 02 Nos No consisting of following - function unit consist of vaccum circuit breaker in combination with a three position switch. The three position switch fulfills the operation of the disconnector function and earthing function circuits breaker unit is equipped with an over current tranformer for the protection of distribution Transformer/circuit vaccum circuit breaker 12 KV, not less than 400A, 21 KA-01. (1) Built in dual 5% impedance DC link reactor (harmonic filters) on the positive and negative rails of the DC bus of the Variable Frequency Drive. (2) Built in EMC filters (electro magnetic compatibility filters) for restriction of conducted emissions to comply with IEC61800:3 (un restricted distribution) :2004 Category C 1 (50 meter). (3) Three feedback PID controller having capability to simultaneously accept 3 feedback signals from temperature sensors or pressure sensors for process optimization and accordingly control the speed of the AHUs or pumps. (4) Integral graphical keypad. NOTES: [i] The price of VFD and other necessary control equipment is deemed included in the quoted rate. FIRE DAMPER Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 16 gauge GI fire damper, at least of 120 minutes fire-rating, spring activated on melting of fusible link having melting point 67.13° C complete with smoke detector / thermistor, fusible link etc. and actuator as required for operation, located in the SA / RA ducts, at all fire rated crossoevers (shafts, walls, etc.). along with control panel (located in such a way that the reset can easily be done), interlocked with the building management system for the fire detection or HVAC to trip / close in the event of fire/smoke in the respective zone and tested as per ULL- 555 and certified by CBRI complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
The fire dampers shall meet the following criteria: [a] Bare fire dampers with 400 mm sleeve [b] Control panel actuator, including electrical spring type actuator, remote indication of the fire damper position. [c] Interconnection wire for the fire detection & alarm system with the AHU and the smoke dampers [d] Sealing any openings around the sleeve of the fire dampers with approved fire sealant as per the specification & recommendations of the manufacturer.
