Following work is required to be carried out for replacement of old gasket of 132/33 KV, 40 MVA Transformer-I & II, at 132 KV S/S Lalganj, under Electy. Trans. Division- Pratapgarh

Carriage of 20 KL. Empty oil tank from 220 KV S/S Phoolpur (Approx. distance 70 Km) with the help light/heavy vehicle arrange by the contractor on his own cost. The work include loading and unloading of empty oil drum including cost of labour and T&P charges.

Complete draining out the transformer oil up to required level from existing 40MVA,132/33KV IMP MAKE T/F-I AND 40 MVA, 132/33 KV AREVA MAKE T/F -II into empty oil tank or oil drum including opening of drain valves Approximate 19 KL

Dismantling of HV/LV & Neutral bushing turret from T/F main tank, Radiators, conservator tank, PRV, buccholz relay, oil pipe line, OLTC cap, cooling fans, opening of electrical connection and proper blanking of open space for replacement of gaskets with the help of hydra, and other all associated work to complete the job.

Top cover gasket replacing involving the work of opening nut bolts of the top cover plate lifting the cover plate with core and winding by 20 cm) from its present level, cleaning the oil and damaged gaskets and its removal from surface by scraping and cleaning the top surface, fabrication of top cover gaskets as per top surface made from corksheet, jointing & punching holes, fitting on top surface, fitting the top plate cover and tightening the nut and bolts for proper completion of work

Providing & Replacement of old & damaged gasket of 40MVA,132/33KV IMP MAKE T/F-I AND 40 MVA, 132/33 KV AREVA MAKE T/F -II as per required size of good quality rubberised cork sheet of new KONIKA / TRABROZE make at following place of transformer.

vaccum treatment of transformer for 4 Hrs at 760 mm SG.

Complete Erection of T/F's original postion and complete of all respect to operation.

Refilling of T/F oil up to required level & complete Centrifusing of old T/F oil of 40MVA,132/33KV IMP MAKE T/F-I AND 40 MVA, 132/33 KV AREVA MAKE T/F -II by connecting centrifusing pipe to circulate the T/F oll through centrifising machine which will be provided by the contractor and taking the BDV and megger of T/F of the oil periodically up to required value, PPM & DGA test is also to be conducted and achieve as per direction of supervisory engineer

Spray painting of 40MVA,132/33KV IMP MAKE T/F-I AND 40 MVA, 132/33 KV AREVA MAKE T/F -II with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of standard make Asian/Burger/Nerolac smoke gray synthetic enemel of 1st quality.
