Note: [a] The Transformers shall also be provided with following Terminal Arrangement & Fittings and rate quoted against respective item is deemed to be included for the same:Terminal Arrangement: [i] HV & LV Side: Cable Box, [ii] Quad furcating cable box with five compression glands for PVC Cable and One additional neutral terminal shall be brought out separately for earthing purpose on LV Side. [iii] First filling of new and unused Transformer Oil [IS – 335 Marked], filtered and tested up to 60KV dielectric strength at 2.5mm air gap between testing electrodes. Certification of dielectric strength shall be submitted by the Contractor after filling the oil. Transformer Oil shall be got tested. [iv] Apart from routine tests mentioned in these tender documents and relevant IS, pre-commissioning inspection of Transformer shall be carried out by Senior Electrical Inspector / Electrical Inspector. [b] All necessary arrangements with devices for measuring the temperature of core winding and oil, [c] Provision of Brick Masonry Platform for Transformer with Brickwork with old size Bricks in Cement Mortar 1:6 including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC foundation with 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8, Type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate, PCC flooring with 40 mm thick PCC, 1:2:4, Type B1, using 20mm graded aggregate, over a sub base of 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, Type D2, using 40mm graded aggregate over approved earth filling and rendering in CM 1:4, 20 mm thick over brick walls and applying three coats of white wash etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, burried directly into the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to GI earth strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including excavation and connected earth work, PCC chamber and cover, watering pipe, funnel wire mesh but with protection pipe and test on completion including dismantling unserviceable erthing complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches/ foundation in soft/ loose soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and n'exc. 1.50m deep for HT under ground cable/pole foundation and getting out including forming bottom surface to required level or slope, complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25Cm in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material in soft/ loose soil n'exc 50M and depositing where directed at a level n'exc1.5M above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of PCC cover DWC high density polyethelene pipes having dia 76/90 mm, dia as per site equitpmet having corrugation on outer the wall and plain surfaces on the inner wall conforming to IS-14930 (Part-I & II) for protection of under ground cable laid along pole/along wall/ in PCC/GL Roof and including all fittings as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing in replacement cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed grade, of size 3 core cross sectional area 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed
