Supplying of BEE approved 1.5 Ton BIS certified wall mounting type Inverter -Variable speed- Split Air Conditioning unit confirming to IS 1391 Part-2 having rated cooling Capacity greater than or equal to 5200 watts Rated Indian Seasonal Energy Efficient Ratio -ISEER- Wh by Wh greater than or equal to 5.20 with copper Evaporator and copper Condenser coil Rotary compressor suitable for operation on single phase 230 V plus or minus 10 percentage 50 Hz AC supply as per IS 1391 part-2 latest and ISO 14000 duly filled with ecofriendly refrigerant gas R32 or Equivalent with remote handset standard lengths of copper refrigerant pipes and foam insulation and drain pipe and interconnection cable and remote hand set with batteries etc. and reusable type synthetic fiber air filter for indoor unit including all features as per the detailed specifications. The OEM Warranty of AC Machine should be 1 Year on machine and 4 years additional warranty on PCBs and 9 Years additional warranty on Compressor.

Installation and testing and commissioning of 1.5 Ton or 2.0 Ton Inverter Split A.C. Unit and mounting or fixing of indoor and outdoor unit and fixing of refrigerant piping with expanded polythene foam insulation suitable size PVC pipe in wall crossings and laying of cable for interconnections and laying drain pipe of standard length which is supply along with AC unit minor civil work including making holes on wall for laying refrigerant pipe lines and control cable and drain pipes and closing the extra openings and making good the damages etc. as reqd.

Providing and fixing of suitable size L- shaped powder coated MS bracket -2 nos. per set- on wall with suitable size anchor bolts for fixing of the outdoor unit of the split AC units including drilling holes etc. complete as reqd.

Providing and laying of additional refrigerant copper pipe for suction and discharge lines -size not less than one by four inches and half inches dia or as recommended by the manufacturer along with expanded polythene foam insulation including cutting and brazing and making joint etc as reqd. The measurement shall be taken on linear basis for one circuit which includes suction and discharge line and foam insulation.

Supplying and laying of 4 core 2.5sqmm size PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor cable for inter connection of indoor and outdoor units of ACs etc as reqd.

Providing and laying of additional drain pipe of size 20mm dia PVC braided or solid medium class ISI marked along with all accessories and fixing on surface of wall with PVC saddles if required suitable for drainage of condensate water etc. as reqd.

Providing of additional R32 refrigerant gas if required and charging into the Inverter Split AC unit etc. as reqd.

Supply and Fixing of MCB protected 3 pin socket outlet boxes with metal board consisting of 1 no 20 Amps 3 pin socket outlet with 20 Amps plug top and 1 no 20 or25 amps SP MCB of C series suitable for 220-230 volts single phase 50 Hz AC supply as required.

Dismantling the existing old and life expired and faulty WAC units along with Accessories and other unwanted electrical boxes conduits angle iron frames as required.

Closing the wall openings for Window AC units after removing the wooden or aluminium frame if any with 10 inches or 15 inches thick brick wall matching with original thickness by cement bricks inccluding plastering etc. complete as required.
