Supply and fixing 35 mm thick factory made 2nd class hard wood partly or fully glazed and skelton shutter (Single or double leaf) open rebated and prepared to receive glass ,gauge etc divided into squares with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred beads, rebated sash bars any numbers for securing glass, etc or partly with panels of 9mm BWP commercial ply etc with size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, section 8 clause 8.24(a) including painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer after fixing to chowkats etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles including removing debris/ rubbish etc out of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall, Ceilling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc to receive new plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 19.00 here-in-beore but in CM 1:6 but 10 mm thick.

Material and labour for Rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and fair etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper of colour to match with existing shade, over a coat of 2mm thick putty in two layers of 1mm each complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats applying two coats of Exterior emulsion paint (Weather coat) of colour approved by Engr - in- charge, over a coat of 2mm thick putty in two layers of 1mm each and including priming coat of exterior primer over new surfaces. etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles laid over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling with cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing debris/ rubbish etc out of defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 8-9 mm thick Vitrified ceramic tiles light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles over 15 mm thick screed bed 1:6 including demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling with cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing debris/ rubbish etc out of defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 8-9 mm thick Vitrified ceramic tiles light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with and including 10 mm thick backing coat on vertical surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling with cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing debris/ rubbish etc out of defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 350 x 250 x 7mm / 450 x 350 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with and including 10 mm thick backing coat on vertical surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling with cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing debris/ rubbish etc out of defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 15mm dia gun metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 2nd class hard wood plain fillets sectional area exc 13 & n.exc 25 sq.cm, square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, fixed straight or curved, secured with nails or brads etc including Dismantling timber scantling 40 sq.cm and under in section in any position in framed work as in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 2nd class hard wood plain fillets sectional area exc 06 & n.exc 13 sq.cm, square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, fixed straight or curved, secured with nails or brads etc including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on one side after fixing complete including Dismantling timber scantling 40 sq.cm and under in section in any position in framed work as in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for 2nd class hard wood over 40 sqcm as in roof trusses, members, scantling etc clean sawn timber framed and fixed in any position upto 10mtr height including dismantling timber scantling 40 sq.cm and over in section in any position in framed or unframed work etc complete all as specified and as directed.complete all as specified and as directed.
