M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete / brick surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC (WPC shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M&L for preparation of old surface of walls and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489: 2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 liter/ 10 sqm over new surfaces ail as directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block Roman or Indian) n.exc. 30 cm height with using synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) all as directed.

M&L for writing stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets with synthetic enamel paint ( 1st quality) all as directed.
