All Pans (1,2,3,4,5) – Exhaust / Vapour Line Entry (after valve) • Size : Dia 500 mm • Length : 1000 mm • Thickness : 12 mm • Qty : 5 Nos c.Pan No: 3 – Top Cone • Size : Dia 6 mtr • Taper Height : 3 mtr • Thickness : 12 mm Scope of work: 1) Dismantle the existing damaged Pan No 3 Top cone,All Pan (1,2,3,4,5)Calendria Vapour entry bend and All pan (1,2,3,4,5)Exhaust/vapour line entry, weighed and leading to scrap yard through our mill stores. 2) Fabrication and erection of Pan No 3 Top cone,All Pan (1,2,3,4,5)Calendria Vapour entry bend and All pan (1,2,3,4,5)Exhaust/vapour line entry as per the existing manner welding on both sides (2 layer). 3) The approximate quantity of work will be around 8.00 MT. 4) Two coat of red oxide paint is to be done. 5) Hydro test is to be carried out to check the leakages.
