Design of 220 kV DC monopoles suitable for ACSR Zebra conductor with extension nuts, bolts, washers & ladders etc. and its foundations (design of monopoles & its respective foundations duly approved from any of the Govt. approved test lab i.e. CPRI/IIT (Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Roorkee, Khadagpur, Kanpur).

DC PB (2-15 degree) with Bottom X-arm at 21 mtr.

DC PD (30-60 degree) with Bottom X-arm at 21 mtr.

Fabrication, galvanizing, inspection & supply of 220 kV DC monopoles suitable for ACSR Zebra conductor with extension nuts, bolts, washer & ladders etc. as per design at Sl.No.1.11,1.12.

Supply of Narrow Base Towers- Fabrication, galvanising, inspection and supply of 220 kV DC narrow base towers including nut bolts & washers, stubs, extensions, stub setting template etc. as per UPPTCL duly adopted designs, drawings & BOM.

Part-B Work

Survey including preparation of final tower schedule of material marking of location (Route length) and super impose the GPS coordinates of locations on elevated road plan to get the clearance from other objects etc. before start the work.

Soil investigation

Monopole Work

Cost of excavation of 220 KV DC MONOPOLE foundation pits including all earth work, back filling and leveling etc.

Cost of concreting for all types 220 KV DC MONOPOLE foundation including cost of cement, dewatering, shorting and shuttering, forming & curing but excluding cost of reinforcement bars with 1:1.5:3 mix concrete.

Cost of pilling upto 10 mtr depth as per requirement of set cost also includes laying of reinforcement & bentronite bags but excludes the cost of reinforcement & concrete. One Job defined as the work at one location.

Cost for setting & alignment of bolts along with sacrificial & normal template for 220 kV DC monopoles.

Installation of steel reinforcement bars in RCC foundation including cost of steel reinforcement bars with cutting, bending, placing, binding etc.

Erection of 220 kV Monopoles and their extensions accessories wherever required including all work above ground level excluding hoisting of insulators and hardware.

Tack welding of all the bolts at Base Plate of Monopole.

Excavation of foundation including of material forming, dewatering, shoring, shuttering etc.

Setting of stub for Narrow base B+6 towers

Concreting of PCC foundation 1:3:6 ratio of cement coarse sand and stone ballast including cost of arrangement of form box, shoring, shuttering & back filling curing including the cost of cement, coarse sand & stone ballast etc.

Concreting of foundation RCC 1:2:4 ratio of cement coarse sand and stone ballast including cost of arrangement of form box, shoring, shuttering & back filling curing including the cost of cement, coarse sand & stone ballast etc.

Reinforcement work of foundation including cutting, bending, welding as per specification & drawing complete including cost of material, labour, tools & plants & wastage of steel etc.

Erection of super structure including of all work above ground level excluding hoisting of insulators but including fitting of danger plate, phase plate, number plate and punching of bolts for narrow base tower as given above.

Tack welding of tower up to 1st section

Providing barricades for avoiding any accident during the period of excavation to backfilling of soil & during erection.

Dismantling of dividers/ pedestral area, road etc. at locations for the work & making good after completion of work.

Dismantalling of 3 Nos ACSR Zebra Conductor & rolling
