Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables, pipes line ,foundation, manhole etc. and getting out including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces foundation, manholes etc to required levels in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the cables have been laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning to under ground cable with clean dry sand locally available with layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm after laying of cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- For payment purpose punned thickness of 18 cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 23 cm as mentioned in para 19.75 of SSR part-I.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250mmx l50mm x 40mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured under ground cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor LT 1100 V grade cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core in an including taking out of old unserciable cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

All as per ser No 6 but 120 Sqmm 3.5 core

Cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for indoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for indoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel tubing light grade galvanised of size 100 mm dia for cable protection, laying in trenchs/floors/wall fixed with clamps properly and at road crossing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per srl item No.11 here-in-before but of size 80 mm bore.

Weather proof outdoor bus bar chamber, made out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet with front & rear Opening, powder coated, dust & vermin proof, IP-66 Protection comprising 4 Nos aluminium strips each of 200 Amps, 80cm long having 10cm min distance from the body and between bus bars, fixed in steped way duly insulated mounted on epoxy insulators in horizontal position in stepped manner with 4 No’s mounting legs made out of 40mm x 40mm x 6mm angle iron grouted in PCC block (30cm depth below ground level and 60cm above ground level) in cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm grade crushed stone aggregate), and one MCCB of 125 Amps, 16 KA as incomer connected with bus bars by means of suitable size of aluminium thimbles, nuts, bolts & washers including cable glands at entry and outlet points including excavation and earth work, returning filling and removal of surplus soils in including taking down of old unserciveable bus bar chamber , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes: (i) Drawings for Bus bar chamber shall be got approved from Engineer-in-Charge before placing the order .This aspect shall be inclusive in the quoted Rate. (ii) Quoted Rates are inclusive of lugs, nuts, bolts washer etc. and including excavation and earth work, returning filling and removal of surplus soils .

Supply install, test and commissioning LT Feeder Pillar / Panel board cubical type outdoor Confirming to IS 8623 Part 1 1993, free floor standing / wall mounting factory fabricated made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet & suitable size to accomodate all accessories/fittings, compartmentalized in construction to accommodate incoming and outgoing ACB, Outgoing MCCB, MCB and TPN Aluminum bus bars of rating not less 1.5 times the rated cap of incomer Outgoing MCCB / ACB and outgoing feeder. The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator of size not less than 50 x 50 mm conical type at an interval of not more than 500 mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar . The incoming as well as outgoing Outgoing MCCBs shall have copper extension links of current carrying cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC / Epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incoming and out going cables. All extension links /interconnection shall be insulated with heat shrinkable colour coaded sleeves. The cubicle shall have a bottom channel of size as designed by the manufacturer . A detachable predrilled gland plateof thickness not less than 3 mm thick should be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands.The above panel shall be front and back openable lockable /openable by key from both side and shall have louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air.3 mm XLPE adhesive type gasket shall be used to make panel weather, dust and vermin proof with IP65 degree of protection in including taking down of old unserciveable LT feeder Pillar/Panel board , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge consisting the following switchgears and accessories:- (a) Bus bar electrolytic grade aluminum strip with heat shrikable sleeves with colour code supported on epoxy resin based insulators, 4 strips of suitable length for current rating 250 amps. (b) Main Incoming MCCB four pole 415 V AC, current rating 160 amps, breaking cap 36 KA at 415 volts -01 NOS (c ) Outgoing MCCB four pole 415 V AC, current rating 125 amps, breaking capacity 25 KA at 415 volt -02 NOS Outgoing MCCB four pole 415 V AC, current rating 63 amps,breaking cap 25 KA at 415 V AC = 02Nos (d) LED Multifunction meter flush panel mounting 96x96 mm,having parameters such as V,A,F,PF,KW,KVA,KVAR,KWH,KVAR,neutral currant,% Load,Max Demand(KW&KVA)-01 Nos(Onincoming) (e) LED indicator (R,Y,B) of suitable capacity (f) Complete wiring of the panel board with FRLS PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor cables of suitable current carrying capacity, end terminated with lugs and bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron. (ii) Quoted Rates are inclusive of taking down the existing all cables, dressing the cable properly with lugs, nuts, bolts washer etc. & refixing the same including excavation and earth work, returning filling and removal of surplus soils .

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected and including GI strip 32 mmx6mm (upto the body of equipment) by means of brazing, GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth plates surrounded by packed layers of coal dust and common salt 15 cm thick all around top and bottom and watering pipe 20 mm bore of GI pipe, light grade all as shown in Electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part I, testing on completion including PCC 1:2:4 tye B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in pit cover and PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus spoil to a distance n exc 50 m in an including taking out old unserciable earthing of any type, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : (i) The unit rate includes earth lead and protection pipe up to maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate to earth point/test point. (ii) Earth pit shall be constructed minimum 1.00 metre away from earth.

Cable route indicator for LT Cables include PCC Work complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- The cable route indicator shall be with circular minimum dia 150 mm and minimum 6 mm thick cast iron plate embossed with "HT cable" riveted to angle iron of (25mm x 25mm x 5mm) of length minimum 60 cm and embedded in PCC 1:2:4 foundation of 30 cm x 30cm x 30cm.

Cutting existing road / PCC hard standing / pavement / drain for taking out / laying of underground cable and including necessary earth work and making good to match with the existing surface with PCC 1:2:4 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregates, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
