Upgradation of DTR from 63 KVA to 250 KVA at Jagannath Nagar under ILBL OCP, Lakhanpur Area, MCL.

Supply of 11 KV/415 V, 250 KVA Transformer.

Providing & fixing of G I chain link fabric fencing of required wih in mesh size 50X 50 mm including strengthening with 2mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers aas required complete as per the direction of Engineer I/C (Made G.I. wire of dia 4mm)

Supplying at site angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in oposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10mm dia etc complete with angle of 65mm X 65m X 65mm @ 5.4 kg per/m

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means( Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drams (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including of sides and rammng of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m (All kinds of Soil)

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work upto plinth level 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Extra for providing & fixing wind ties of 40 x 6mm flat iron section.

Applying primming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanished iron/steel works (over angle post and wind ties)

Painting with Alluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give and even shed 2 or more coats on new work (over angle post and wind ties)

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors,includng watering,ramming,consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement ;2 coarse sand {zone-III} derived from natural sources :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources )

Cement plaster 1:3 ( 1 cement 3 coarse sand )finished with a floting coat of neat cement. 12 mm cement plaster,

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock ) in trenches, plinth,sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, leadup to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m

Retaining walls,return walls,walls (any thickness ) including attached pilasters,buttresses,plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Supplying and laying 25 mm x 5 mm G. I. Strip at .50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection /terminating with G. I. nut, bolt, spring,washer etc. as required. ( Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Supply, installation and commissioning of maintenance free earthing system earth resistance upto 01 ohm with test certificate: Specification: Earthing electrode - 50/3 MTPCB, 3M X 58mm, THK:50, 250 Micron copper coating on GI pipe, Terminal size-40/6, inner strip- 25 x 3, filling material BFC silica base bentonite powder 50kg, Earth pit digging by spiral machine, Pit cover- Poly Plastic (BIG) primary earthing electrode (outer pipe) of 99.9% pure copper coating (250 micron) on GI pipe (diameter 58mm) X 3 mtrs. The hollow space of the electrode is duly filled with a highly conductive and non-corrosive compound (graphite power) which safeguards the secondary electrode getting corrode over a long period of time under the soil. Also the compound ensures the easy distribution of leakage/fault current lands on the electrode, Both the end s of the electrode are permanenetly sealed and the top portion of the earth electrode is compressed to form and extended lead with 2 holes on the terminal for connecting to the load/equipment.

Laying/ spreading of stone agregate 40 mm size within a lead of 50 mtr. as per instruction of the EIC

Supply and fixing of LT distribution box with MCCB and Bus Bar arrangement.

Supply of Aluminium Lugs/Socket and other cable accessories,

Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11KV/ 22KV/ 33 KV over head lines as required.

Supply & erection of 11 KV, 800 A, 25KA for 3 sec, 3 phase double break, center post rotating, off load, manual Isolator without Earth Switch, the swich shall be completed with 09 nos, 11KV grade ploymer post insulators ( Cantilever strength-6KN) (Mechanical strength-5K), Creepage distance-25mm/KV, vertical operating pipe, phase coupling pipe.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
