Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper at site, for all leads and lilfts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub-base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired denisty, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge including loading/unloading all carriages complete job

Providing and laying 50 mm thick (Compacted) premix bituminous macadam base course with stone aggregate of quality size and grading as specified in latest MORT & H specifications and staight run bitumen of VG-30@ 4% by wieight of total mix including Hot mixing of stone aggregates and bitumen in Hot Mix Plant, Transporting mixed material to the site and laying with paver finisher as per required profile including cost of priming coat/ tack coat and filling patches/ pot holes with BUSG/ Bituminous Macadam in required level and grade rolling with roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the required compaction and density. All complete including cost of bitumen and all sort of taxes

Providing and laying 25 mm thick open graded premix carpet with specified graded stone aggregates for wearing course including loading of aggregates with FE loader and hot mixing of bitumen with filler and stone aggregates in hot mix plant, transporting and mixed material by tippers to paver at site of work and laying the mixed material with mechanical paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with power road roller to achieve the desired density and compaction including cost of priming coat/ tack coat and finally finish the surface with seal coat (Bitumen used shall be VG-30 and grading of mix shall be as per the relevant clause of MORT&H) All complete including cost of bitumen and all sort of taxes

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic meterial by fully/semi-automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.
