Taking down carefully aluminium/copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power ) complete, including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, light fittings, regulators, sockets etc, removing materials to store, or keeping in safe custody for offering credit ( credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc., all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Point wiring complete (for simple and modular type ) with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated heavy duty ISI Marked,FRLS unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC white non metalic PVC conduit medium grade not less than 20mm dia with all accessories like tee, straight joint, L Bend etc.,concealed on walls, sufrace on ceiling/ floors etc., and including provision of PVC heavy duty Insulated FRLS copper conductor, 1.5 sqmm for earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly, including suitable size of sheet metal sunken box 1.6mm thick fixed and flushed inside the walls, with 3mm thick laminated sheet top cover for housing the switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc and making good the distrubed surface as existing for the following:-

Material and labour as in repair for sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed copper conductor cable 6 sqmm drawing in and including rigid non metalic PVC medium grade 25 mm dia conduit concealed on wall/surface on ceiling with one additional PVC insulated FRLS wire of copper conductor of 4 sqmm for earth continuity conductor incl taking down old Unsv submain any type and size and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed .

S&F as in repair bracket holder/ Angle lamp holder fixed on wall /ceiling all as approved and directed.

Supply only LED 9 Watt lamp , 240 Volt, 50 Hz lamp

S/F as in repair Bell Push flush type 6 AMP piano type.

S/F as in repair Call Bell AC 230 V Single Pole along with necessary electric connection all as spd and directed.

Supply and Fixing as in repair LED 20 Watt light fitting Batten integrated LED channel, integral sleek extruded polycarbonate LED Channel with white acrylic cover and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete with all accessories all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Exhaust fan AC single phase 230 volts for size 300 mm sweep, including making hole and fixing arrangement including nut, bolts, washer etc, making good the disturbed surfaces matched with existing finishes comprising with necessary eletric connection with suitable copper wire from ceiling rose complete incl taking down old Ex fan any size any type complete by removing its electrical connection as directed and deposited to MES Store.

Supply and fixing Ceiling fan AC single phase 230 volts for size 1200 mm sweep, including fixing arrangement such as nut, bolts, washer etc, making good the disturbed surfaces matched with existing finishes comprising with necessary eletric connection with suitable copper wire from ceiling rose complete all as spd incl taking down old ceiling fan any size 1200/1400 mm any type complete by removing its electrical connection, dismantling its rod and wings complete as directed and deposited to MES store.

Supply & fix Electric Storage water heater of capacity 25 Ltr , 230 V energy efficient complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Including fast nut, bolt, washe complete and removing and dismentaling of old UNSV electric storage water heater any type and size and deposited to MES store.

Supply and fixing as in repair of building security LED fitting upto 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection incl taking down complete all as directed.

S&F as in repair 1.5m long 40mm bore light grade GI pipe bracket duly cut to size and bent to shape required duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint (of approved tint) over a coat of red oxide primer, including suitable 2 Nos. Material and labour for Collecting the burnt Exhaust fans including blades of any make from AGE E/M store yard/ site taking out to reputed work shop dismantling removing the burnt winding and rewinding of Exhaust Fan/wall mounted fan/aircirculator of size 450 mm sweep complete with super enameled copper conduct winding wire of same gauge and wight insulating, varnishing, baking, including wornout bearing/bush greasing assembling and transporting the same and fixing and testing at site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for disconnecting from the electric mains and Taking down opening and inspection of storage type water heater of size 25ltrs/50 Ltrs capacity and descaling with dilute hydrochloric acid, checking for water tightness of the inner tank, cable continuity, thermostat of setting at 70 degree C checking fusible plug, base assembly, stop cock including replacement of indicator lamp, rubber PVC gasket washers reassembling, refixing and reconnection the electric connections at old place and replacing unserviceable bolts and nuts, cementing work.
