Dismantling Bituminous road including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials out side of Anushakti Nagar as directed by Engineer in Chrage.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 crushed sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specification and drawings including the cost of Formwork shuttering if required at all Levels etc. complete.

Supplying, staking and spreading good quality red garden soil of approved lot free from stones, pebbles, etc required for plants, lawn, etc at the site including all leads, mechanical transportation etc. completed as directed by EIC . Note : Measurement will be as per truck body dimensions with any deduction of any voids

Providing, cutting to the required size, fabricating, welding and erecting, oiling, greasing and embedding frame work of Swing, Slide, See Saw etc. using heavy quality MS Galvanised pipes with fittings/fixtures of required diameter including MS Chain/ structural steel plates, ms flats and wooden planks etc. all similar to the design and pattern of existing play items provided in Anushakti Nagar township including scaffolding which comprises of : a) fabrication of Galvanised structures of standard height and sizes using 3"/21/2"/1"/ required diameter pipes including full welding etc all as similar to existing play items. b) applying two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint over a coat of steel/ wooden primer to steel/wooden surfaces in two shades and pattern all complete. i) for swing : i.a) using 100 mm dia: "C" class GI pipe (vertical and slant) for accomodating double/single swings and erecting and embedding vertical /slant pipes of play items with cement concrete 1:2:4 foundation of approx. size 0.60x0.60x0.45 mtr and disposing of surplus earth at the directed place. (Note: Earth work in excavation and PCC-1:2:4 shall be paid separately under relevant items). i. b) Providing and fixing rubberised MS seat (as per approved sample) of size 800mmx 150mmx 10mm made of MS plate with brackets of size 150mmx 10mmx 6mm at both ends including reviting/fastening brackets to seat using 6 revits on each side. i.c) Fabricating of new MS chain having minimum weight of 1.25kg/metre including MS hangers with bearing at top and ms flat at joint of rubberised sheet and S hook for chain for fixing at top. ii) for ladder/slide : ii. a) using 65mm dia "C" class G I pipe and fitting /fixtures etc for vertical , slant supporting pipes and 25mm dia pipe for contineous railing along ladder and waiting platform including erecting as per standard design and painting full structure with the two coats of of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of primer as directed. ii.b ) using 18 G stainless steel of grade 304 for slides to be moulded in single piece as per standard shape by properly at both ends and at every 300mm across with properly breazing fixing to the GL structures with nut nad bolts / welding etc all as directed. iii) for see saw: iii.a) Using "C" class G I pipe of 100mm horizontal and 80mm dia slant pipes with 200mm x200mm x8mm plate at base of standard length of MS galvanised pipes and fitings as per requirement with full welding at the necessary joints planks with anchor fasteners etc iii.b) providing and fixing of 2nd class teak wooden plank in single piece MS plate of 400mm x 300mm x8mm at centre and brackets of 600mm x 400mm x 8mm (2nos) from bottom of plank with suitable anchor fasteners all as per direction.

Heavy quality IS mark MS galvanised pipes of various diameters with GI fittings/ fixtures.

b) SS chains of 1.25 kg per metre for swings.

c) MS structural plates, flats etc.

d) 0.50 to 1.6 mm thick SS sheet of grade 304 non corrosive bent to shape for slides.

e) SS hook of adequate size for swing.

f) 3" dia. MS ring of heavy duty suitable for attaching of hook for chain.including bearing for swing

g) Supplying of rubberised industrial belt for seat of size - 800mm x150mmx10mm for swing. Note: The rubberised seat belt shall be of approved quality and the sample shall be got approved before bulk supply.

Providing and fixing 2nd quality teak wood plank of minimum 53 mm thick for benches & chairs to be fixed with heavy duty nut bolt ,finishing including all etc completed as per specification, drawings & as directed by EIC.

Painting wooden/steel surfaces of play items with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade & make over one coat of wooden/ steel primer including preparing surfaces, filling with putty wherever required, scaffolding & cleaning etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

a) On wooden surfaces with two finishing coats over a coat of wood primer.

b) On steel surfaces with two finishing coats over a coat of steel primer.

Providing & fixing in the position the heavy quality FRP seats of approved make /approved sample for Existing multi-seater see-saws (having average - weight per seat: 2.42 kg and approx size 360 mm x 360 mm) including transportion, loading & unloading, Oiling & greasing etc complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing in the position the heavy quality FRP seatsapproved make /approved sample for existing swing (having average - weight per seat: 2.9 kg and approx size 470 mm x 450 mm) including transportion, loading & unloading etc complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation & Commissioning of following play equipments of M/s. Arihant Industries Corporation Limited or other approved equivalent in approved colour scheme at various locations as per annexure for general technical specifications, including foundation work, foundation bolts etc. according to manufacturer recommendations, complete all as per manufacturer specifications including all labour, material, taxes & as directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Note: Shop drawings of equipments with full details of materials to be used & manufacturer's approved drawing for foundation details should be approved before start of work.

g) Supply, Installation & Commissioning of - Roto Straight slide 5 feet similar to model no. ROSD06YL of M/s. Arihant Industries Corporation Limited or other approved equivalent.

g) Supply, Installation & Commissioning of - Deluxe slide 7 feet similar to model no. PGSD81 of M/s. Arihant Industries Corporation Limited or other approved equivalent.

h) Supply, Installation & Commissioning of - Double Arc Swing similar to model no. PGSW02 of M/s. Arihant Industries Corporation Limited or other approved equivalent.

i) Supply, Installation & Commissioning of - Standard See See Saw similar to model no. PGSS10 of M/s. Arihant Industries Corporation Limited or other approved equivalent.

Providing and fixing precast Kerb stones of 125 x 450 x 600 mm of M/s super tiles or equivalent including necessary form work, consolidation,finishing, curing, fixing with CM 1:3, jointing and pointing in CM 1:3, painting the kerb stone etc complete as per specification, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
