Hire and labour charges for erecting of temporary pandel with salbullah post and bamboo runner with water proof tarpaulin cover, colour cloth ceiling under the pandel, jhalore & facia of colour cloth on front & sides and covering the post with coloured cloth.

Hire & labour charges for stage made by iron structure with stair case etc.

Hire and labour charges for errecting platform with 19 mm thick ply and necessary post bracing runner of suitable section and also providing a star component as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Back drop of the dias frontage side & entrance of the pandel made with decorative frilled cloth on wooden batton frame.

Supplying on hire basis cushioned chairs for VIPs arranging properly on the dias as per direction of Engineer- in -charge including carriage of chairs etc complete.

Supplying on hire basis PVC chairs during function and arranging those properly on ground as per direction of Engineer- in- charge including carriage of chairs to site, their retention till the end of the function and their removal after conclusion of function including cost of all labour and material complete.

Hire and labour charges for laying synthetic carpet on dias, rest rooms and all.

Colour cloth walling on wood on batton frame at the inside and outside of the pandel and for vew cutter etc. including cost of all labour and material complete as per direction of E-in-C.

Supplying & instaling chemical portable toilet including cost of carriage, labour for cleaning, watering as & when required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Hire and labour charges of temporary VIP toilete block of size 8' X 8' with wooden platform laying synthetic carpet & framing Octonum panelling of 2.5m height including door shutter & supplying fitting and fixing of O.H. Tank, Basin, VIP Commode, Mirror & other necessary fittings. The cost inclusive of taxes, carriages, labour and all other incidental charges complete as per direction of E ngineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing PAGODA (Size:- 5m X 5m), complete in all respect as per satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Hire & labour charges for erecting of temporary structure [Over all size: 6000 mm (ht) X 8000 mm (Span) X 3500 mm (Width)] made with prefabricated hardened aluminium alloy members having weldability and high proof strees (around 250 M), high tensile stregth (around 310 M) & high shear strength (around 250 M)( and having base made of steel structure assembled with necessary nuts and bolts and bracing for commissioning LED screen of 24' length and 10' height in hydraulic lifting arrangement, complete in all respect as per satisfaction and direction of E-in-C.

Hire and labour charges for 75 mm dia bamboo railing on Jhau/ Eucalyptus or other approved timber posts 1.4 m above G.L. and 0.60 m below G. including tying strongly with coir ropes and boring holes for posts in any soil/ concrete surface/ Bituminious surface packing the sides etc including cost of carriage of all materials and labour complete including cost of restoration to the damages of the ground to its original condition as per direction of Engineer-in-charge after removing the barricade. (Cost of restoration would be paid separately.) 75mm. dia bamboo railing & 125mm. dia. Jhau/ Eucalyptus/ other approved timber posts @ 1.60m apart Railing with 3 rows.

Hire & labour charges for construction of 5.00 mtr. Hight watch tower made of 15 cm. dia salbullah post covered with colour cloth walling proper shade made of tarpouline colour cloth ceiling & provided with ladder made of plank etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Flower Decoration in front of Stage and Dias with flower rings and floweral decoration of Gostopal Statue and Stage, Pandel etc, etc. as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying on hire basis Podium on dias as per direction of E-I-C including carriage etc. complete.

Supplying on hire basis Glass top Center Table with cover as per direction of E-I-C including carriage etc. complete.

Supplying on hire basis Table (5' X 3') with cover & Satin frill as per direction of E-I-C including carriage etc. complete.

Supply, fitting and fixing Flex with batten frame of approved design as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Tea & biscuit with proper arrangement of service as per direction of E-I-C etc. complete.
