M&L for removal of blockage between manhole to manhole lines, gaully trap, floor trap, CI pipe, complete cleaning of manhole sludge of any depth etc of various sizes for sewage line by any means (rodding etc manually) including removing rugs of any type, dirt sludge and silt etc complete upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) The rates quoted in the above item includes cost of T&P like rods, bamboos, etc complete. (ii) Minimum 4 persons sewer man shall be deployed by contractor and they shall be present on all working days from 0830 hrs to 1700 hrs for maintenance of sewage lines .The persons will be detailed by JE/AGE concerned every morning for attending complaints on daily basis. (iii) Inspection of sewage line and preventive repair/maintenance to be carried out by the contractor in routine without waiting for the complaints from users. The record of the same shall be maintained by the contractor. (iv) The complaint has to be rectified within 08 hrs as given in complaint register, failing which penalty will be imposed @ Rs.100/- per complaint day.

M&L for mechanically used water fitting Hydraulic pressure machine and water sucking hydraulic pressure machine for cleaning of blocked sewage line all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- In case contractor failed to deploy the machine as per scheduled program a recovery of Rs.500/- per hour shall be deducted from his payment.

Sewage lines cleaning of size 150mm & over including man holes through chassis mounted Diesel run vehicles mounted hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum getting sewer cleaning machine KAMBI-10 LCHB fitted with imported international standard pumps having 3000 ltrs suction capacity including skilled operator supervising engineer for cleaning/ partial desalting of manholes and sewer line as per guide lines laid in IS-11972 (1987) and complete cleaning of site all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Jetting of sewer line by high pressure betting system of w2200 PSI/Suction.

M&L for dewatering /de-sludging of soakage well of Dewatering of liquid or semi liquid waste by water sucking hydraulic pressure machine including cleaning of all sludge silt residue of both organic & inorganic nature by manual labour or by mechanical scrappers etc in any position & disposal off all the waste outside defence area the de-sludging of sewage soakage well is to be carried out up to the bottom slab of sewage sump/ sewage/soakage well complete. The sewage well wall & bottom slab to be cleaned by water with high pressure upto entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge necessary safety precaution to be adhere during working. Note: The rates included for hydraulic pressure machin of this item.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150mm/200mm dia salt glazed stone ware AC or rein forced concrete pipe set in cement mortar including removal from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5m depth and getting out in any type of soil/road complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches exc 1.5m but & n.exc 3.0m depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m depth & getting cut in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick masonry built in CM complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings etc not exc 15cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) complete allas specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight of curved on plan exc 6M mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cm 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Salt glazed stoneware drain pipes 150mm grade ‘A’internal dia laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 for 150mm bore of pipe as concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunchng against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for Salt glazed stoneware drain pipes 200mm grade ‘A’internal dia laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 for 200mm bore of pipe as concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunchng against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing excavated material n exc 100m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returing, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC Type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in man hole, surface channel and drain complete including finished surface.

M&L in replacement for pre cast perforated RCC drain cover with frame (rectangular or square) the area of each cover should not be more than 0.5 square mtr and thickness of 60mm each with holes manufactured with M-30 grade of concrete by Vibro Compaction process using accurately designed molds and as suitable reinforced to enable the covers to take load as specified i.e 20 MT for Heavy duty (when tested as per IS-12592).

M&L in replacement for 60mm thick 610mm dia circular manhole cover with frame manufactured with M-30 grade of concrete by Vibro Compaction process using accurately designed molds and ae suitable reinforced to enable the covers to take load as specified i.e 20 MT for Heavy duty (when tested as per IS-12592).

All as per srl item No 21.00 but square in shape of size 750mmx750mm.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles in patches n exceeding 1 sqm each & matching with existing tile 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and jointed in white/coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar in (1:6), including demolition of floor (terrezo/ PCC/Tiles of any description) incl cement mortar bedding but not backing) and removing the rubbish from the complex complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Notes: The amount of Rs 7,060.00 against schedule of credit given on Tender Serial Page No 28 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted by the contractor against BOQ while deriving the contract sum for acceptance.
