Brick Masonry in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five Sand) in foundation and super structure walls using Second Class Ground moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks of size 9"x 41/2" x 3" complying with standard specifications etc., complete (Necessary masonry projection wherever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done without extra cost. For superstructure in Ground floor

Supplying and erecting steel shuttering including necessary supports for plane surfaces in foundation and basement for reinforced cement concrete works such as column footing, plinth beam, grade beam, and stair case steps, etc. Which require only normal strutting using M.S.sheets of size 90cmx60cm 10 gauge, stiffened with mild steel angles of size 25mm x25mm x 3mm for boarding supported by silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by the casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc. complying with standard specification. (The payment for centering will be made only after the concrete is laid).

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid) For plane surfaces such as RCC floor slab, roof slab, beams, lintels, bed blocks, landing slab, waist slab, portico slabs and beams, etc

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two Sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using machine broken 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC item of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill, fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing, curing, etc. And providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slab wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of wall, beam etc. shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. For superstructure in Ground floor

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of RCC items of work such as slab, beam, bottom of sunshade, etc. with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 10 mm thick including hacking the surfaces. The rate should include the cost of providing cement mortar for bands sunshade and staircase steps, all projected RCC works, etc. and as directed complete in all floors complying with standard specification.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including finishing neatly curing etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats of exterior emulsion paint over one coat of primer using best quality and approved colour of paint, brushes, scaffolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specification. Paint, primer and colour have to be got approved by department Engineers. Rate shall include surface preparation, with one coat of primer and 2 coats of approved colour Paint as per manufacturer specification with necessary staging, scaffolding etc.

Supplying and fixing of partition with aluminium anodized natural colour matt finish 1/3 glazed, 2/3 prelaminated particle board partition with alu. Box section No.20062, 20063 of size 63.50mm x 38.10mm x 1.28mm, 1.41mm @ 0.818kg/m, horizontal members are spacedat 90cm c/c and to vertical members are spaced at 1.20m, 2.10m and 2.80m height from floor level, panels should be covered with 12 mm thick prelaminated exterior grade at 2/3 portion of partition and 5mm thick, plain glass covered at 1/3 portion of the partition with necessary aluminim clips of size 19mm x 17.30mm x 0.90mm at 0.124 kg/m, and L angles etc, the aluminium surface is to be anodized withmatt finish under electrically controlled condition inaccordance with ISI 1868/1962 specification for an average anodic film thickness and cost of materials conveyance scaffolding if any required etc and necesarydismantling making holes in RCC brick masonry wherever necessry with power drill to the extent required and made good to the original condition after fixing the partition as direced by the departmental officers. All materials should be got approved by the Engineer,i/c. before fixing in position, etc. complete.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position standard pristine white U-PVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) partly fixed and partly sliding windows as per the design and drawings and making necessary opening for the exhaust fan fixing in all floors with extruded upvc sections of required sizes as per IS Standard with necessary accessories such as rubber beedings with best quality rubber, lock, handle, supplying and fixing 4mm thick plain / frosted glass including the cost of all materials, labour, power consumption required for the fabrication, drilling holes in RCC columns, floor, masonry wall wherever necessary with power drills to the required extent and making good to the original condition after fixing etc., and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
