Making arrangement for day to day operation and maintenance with the engagement of necessary staff for Inspection bunglow, preparation of food (as per requirement time to time) cleaning and washing of all types of bedding , linens, curtains, utensils, cleani washing including wipping of entire inside and outside space of the bunglow, up-keeping the of all furnitures, sweeping and cleaning of all toilets and bathrooms lobby, kitchen, verandah etc. utensils, kitchen appliances, cookeries, electrical/electronics gadgets like Refregerators, Television sets, Telephones, AC, Machines, Washing Machines, Micro Oven, Induction Cooker, Kitchen Chimney, toaster, Mixture Grinder, RO water filter, Electric Iron, Electric Fans, Exhust Fans and other electrical equipments including DG, doors and windows, partitionglass etc. all complete and overall supervision of bunglow, maintaning liaison with the office , keeping records of all proceedings, verification of booking slip,including maintaining of stocks in pen & papers as per direction of the EIC. [ Note:- considering with the engagement of strength with five nos staffs per day for operation and maintenance of bunglow which are as follows:- a) Head cook - 1(one) no, b) Asst. Cook - 1(one) No, c) Kitchen Surver - 1(one) no, d) Sweeper/ Cleaner - 1(one) no, e) Attendent cum Supervisor - 1(one) no] Daily Labour to each labour will have to be paid by the Agency Not Less than Rs. 487.00 and Bonus @ 8.33% Rs. 40.57 = Rs. 527.57 + over head charge @ 5% Rs. 24.35 = Rs. 551.92 + Contrractors Profit @ 10% Rs. 52.76 = Rs. 604.67 add ESIC contribution of employers @ 3.25 % on Rs. 487.00 = Rs. 15.83 and EPF contribution of employers @ 13% of Rs. 487.00 = 63.31, = Rs. 683.81 Say Rs. 684.00 of the daily wages (5X365 = 1825 mandays)

Day to day operation and maintenance with the supply and delivery of required quantity of room freshener, Liquid soap, Toilet soap, Lysol, Duster., Broom, Wiper, Colin, Good night oil with machine for all space and floor / room of bungalow including making arrangement of doors windows, walls, ceiling stairs etc for free from dust and upkeepment of all furnitures, gadgets etc. as and when required of necessary quantity as per direction of the EIC.

Day to day operation and maintenance with the supply and delivery of required quantity of Odonil, Naphthalene, Harpic, Wiper, phenyle, Bleaching powder, Muriatic acid, Broom, toilet papers, commode brush, Duster for cleaning, washing and sweeping of toilets and bathroom of bungalow as per direction of EIC.

Day to day operation and maintenance for Cleaning and washing including ironing of doors & windows screen, bed cover, bed sheet, mosquito nets, pillow cover, bath towels, hand towel, other curtain, blanket cover after using one time by the guest visitor and making arrangement of cleaning / dying blanket, carpet as necessary as per direction of the EIC.

Day to day operation and maintenance with supply and delivery of scotch bright, vim bar, kitchen duster, colin, Lysol, Broom, Wiper, Liquid soap, etc for up keepment and cleaning, washing of kitchen appliances, cookeries, utensils as and when required as per direction of the EIC.

Maintenance & minor repairing of all vacum cleaner, TV etc ( excluding AC machine ), Kitchen appliances like chimney, microwave oven, gas oven refrigerator, washing machin, mixer grinder etc, maintance of indivisual DTH TV connection for each room all civil and sanitary & plumbing job as and required as per direction of the EIC ( (Note : All repair work upto RS. 1000 ( Rupees one thousand ) should have to be executed by the agency ) (With JIO recharge & TATA SKY recharge)

Any other mejor breakdown of operation & maintenance items and electrical appliance, repairing work as per direction of the EIC. (Payment to be made on submission of actual voucher by adding 10% contractor profit)
