Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres: All kinds of soil.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings excluding trenching and refilling etc. (external work) i. 40 mm dia. nominal bore.

ii. 25 mm dia. nominal bore

iii. 20 mm dia. nominal bore.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and fixing of 100mm dia regulatory valves including cost of flanges etc. complete / dismantling of old damaged ones and including cost of welding if needed and returning it to divisional store. (VAG / KIRLOSKAR / ZOLOTO made).

Providing and fixing of MS Steel flanges including cost of nuts, bolts and rubber gaskets. This also includes cutting of threaded ends of pipes and welding charges / generator charges / POL charges if required at site. All type of carriage included in the item. Complete Job. i. 100mm dia MS Flanged. .

ii. 100/80/65/50mm welded joints.

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (Welded).

Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. i. All kinds of soil.

Labour for dismantling of 15feet boundary wall / one side of sewage drain.

Providing 100mm dia MS Flanges including nuts, bolts, washers and welded joints if needed at site.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: i. 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: i. Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string course fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of following sizes by providing and fixing Tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete i. 25 to 40 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing of MS Fitting with bends tees of suitable degrees / sizes to be fabricated of MS plate as per requirement at site the item includes cost of lead, spun yarn, cutting of pipes, welding, providing of flanges with nuts bolts and washers complete job.
