Providing and applying two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer and of required shade on metal surfaces of electrical equipment (panels,Bus duct, Transformer etc.). The work includes the preparation of the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt, and removing rust or scale using wire brushing or emery paper, complete as per standard specifications and the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge."

Dehydration of transformer oil in the existing transformer at site , moisture removal from transformer oil,and maintain the viscosity of oil. Necessary pump and barrel driving execution of work shall be part of contractor if oil drain out necessary. Transformer oil dehydration is based on use of synthetic adsorbents ,additionally allows moisture to diffuse out of the paper into the oil. and submit the test report of transformers after conducting of its dielectric strength, viscosity, thermal conductivity, chemical stability ,BDV value etc as required.

Comprehensive overhauling, servicing, and routine testing of 11 kV Indoor Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) panel. The scope of work includes racking out the breaker, thorough cleaning using vacuum cleaners and CRC/contact cleaners, checking and lubricating the mechanical operating and tripping mechanism, tightening of all power and control electrical connections, and checking pole discrepancy and replacement of parts to ensure safety and optimal performance. The item includes electrical testing: Measurement of Insulation Resistance (Megger), Contact Resistance Measurement (CRM),Testing tripping and closing mechanisms complete as per standard specifications and the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
