Laying of one number XLPE power cable of grade 11KV/22 KV of size 95 sq.mm but not exceeding 400sq.mm direct in ground including, excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering with RCC Truff and refilling the trench etc as required:

Supply, Erection and Testing and Commissioning of 315KVA ,11KV /433V, 3phase 50Hz, H.V.& L.V. cable box type, copper wound Energy Efficiency Level-1 Distribution Transformer as per IS 1180/2014-Part 1 Amendment No.4 (EFL-2 as per IS 1180/2014 – Part 1 Amendment No.3 ) ONAN, Off Load Tap switch having 7 positions with voltage correction insteps of 2.5% (+5% to -10%), with All relevant accessories shall be provided confirming to IS 1180/2014, including first filling of oil and as per Pondicherry Electricity Department specification.

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core , XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11kV grade as required - 120 sq.mm

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core , XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 kV grade as required - 120 sq.mm

Making earth pit of G.I. pipe for earthing in earth pit with 40mm dia. G.I. pipe medium class of length 3.05m perforated with 46 Nos of 12mm dia. holes, pipe lowered in bore holes of 150mm dia. and filled in with charcoal and salt in alternative layer of 300mm, the top of G.I. pipe shall be clamped. Earth pit shall be provided with 60cm dia precast ring with 60cm depth alround,covered with R.C.C. precast slab etc. as per I.E. standards.

Supplying and fixing of G.I. flat (25 x 6mm) for earthing arrangements including bolts and nuts etc.

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or inrecess for loop earthing along with existing surface / recessed conduit / submain wiring / cable as required.

Supplying of 3 1/2 x 300sqmm armoured aluminium U.G cable -1.1KV grade at site.Make : Polycab/ Finolex / Havells.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation , sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc.as required - above 185 sq.mm and upto 400 sq.mm.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required - 31/2 X300 sq.mm (70 mm)

Providing , laying and fixing following dia G.I.pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I.fittings including trenching (75 cm deep) and re-filling etc as required- 80mm dia
