Supplying and fixing of complete 11 KV VCB epoxy body with dismantling of mechanism parts, brunt out vacuum interrupter bottle and refixing new interrupter bottle, alignment, greasing and high voltage testing etc. complete as required.

Supply and fixing of Vacuum interrupter bottle 11 KV 630 Amp. Make Alsthom/ Kirloskar/ Crompton with assembling, connection, high voltage testing complete as required.

Supplying & filling the transformer oil, sealed pack drum including transportation charges etc. ( Make : M/S Power oil /Savita with ISI marked having 50 KV R/C)

Supply & fixing of power pack unit having input 220 Volt AC and out put 24/48/110 Volt DC i/c. making inter connection suitable for existing HT system etc. complete as required.

De- hydration of transformer oil for 400 to 1600 KVA with Filter machine at site to maintain the break down value, die electric strength of oil up to 50 KV including providing oil testing facility at site as reqd.

Supply and fixing of 11 KV HT xlpe Aluminum armored cable joint with testing, complete as required. Make Denson. A) Indoor Type Joint Size of 150, 185 sq.mm

b) Straight through type Joint Size of 150, 185, 240 sq. mm

Servicing of 800 to 3200 Amp ACB Complete with cleaning, alignment, adjustment of gaps between phase to phase, lubricating all moving parts adjustment for smooth mechanical operation etc. complete as required.

Supply and fixing of Rack in & Rack out assembly for 1000 amp to 1600 amp ACB.

Supplying, Laying and fixing of HT -11 KV, 3 core following size Aluminum Armored power cable i/c connection, Testing etc. complete as required. A) 150/185 sqmm

Servicing of 630/800 Amp 11 KV HT OCB / VCB complete with cleaning, alignment, adjustment of gaps between phase to phase, lubricating all moving parts, adjustment for smooth mechanical operation etc. complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 500 Watt Halogen Light for arresting of moister in HT Panel with 3 core 4 sq. mm cable 10 mtr approx., wiring connection testing complete as required.

Testing and maggering, p.c testing, insulation testing and rectification of moister in bus bar, insulator, One in-coming & Two out-going and H.T Cable box, Heating of complete P.T, C.T testing etc. complete as required.

Checking & arresting of Oil Leakages from 630 to 1000 KVA transformer at Site. The job scope as mentioned includes : a) Dismantling of LT cable’s / Bus- Bar’s connections & dismantling of L.T. Bushing Rods. b) Dismantling of Main Top cover / inspection window of Transformer. After draining of oil of Transformer into drums. ( as per requirement) c) Replacement of Cork rings set along with new Teflon rings of all phases for arresting oil leakages. d) Fixing of all terminals & Bus-bar’s connections & making adjustments. e) Replacement of cork gaskets, oil rings of inspection window side & Buckolz relay side & pipe line also for arresting leakages, if any. f) Re-filling of oil into transformer & examining of leakages for improving breakdown value of oil complete as reqd.

Testing and calibration of IDMT relay set having 2 Nos. O/C. 1 No. E/F & instantaneous element by secondary injection method, cleaning the contacts, resetting with required accuracy complete with checking and set right the wiring etc. complete as reqd. i/c testing of the complete system of HT panel for checking the actual working of CTs their wiring, connected IDMT relay, shunt trip system, breaker's tripping system and for any loose connection by primary injection method in all three phases and at each plug setting at actual time multiplier at site with suitable equipment i/c rectify the different in control wiring etc. if any complete as required.

Supply and fixing of following size MCCB, 36 KA rating, i/c dismantling of burnt out MCCB and re-connection of New MCCB, complete with testing etc. complete as required. A) 200 to 250 Amp MCCB 3 Pole

b) 400 Amp MCCB 3 Pole

Supply and fixing of 11 KV Spout in VCB and dismantling of brunt out spout with high voltage testing, meggring etc. complete as required.

Tracing of LT cable fault for 1.1 KV grade XPLE/PVC sheathed armored power cable of size between 95 Sq.mm to 400 sq. mm with help of fault locating machine / cable route finder machine including opening of cable termination , including meggering & High Pressure testing before & after making joints etc. as required.

Less credit on account of dismantled material.
