Excavation in trenches in any type of soil and exc 1.5 M deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of under ground cable, electric pole and getting out complete all as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming 25cm in thickness in any type of soil

Removing excavated material and exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level and exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L for dry sand cushioning to under ground cables provided with a layer of sand 8cm deep before laying the cable, 15 cm depth after laying cable & stretching the cable all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay brick class B covering as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt all as specified.

Supply and lay in replacement XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core in trenches / floor / pole / GI pipe complete including cutting of bituminous road / chasing to any surface and making good to the disturbed surface to match the existing.

Disconnecting the defective / burnt electric induction motor & dismantling from the foundation, shifting to workshop opening checking for defects Varnishing, drying, greasing, insulating the terminals connections etc. incl carrying out minor repair (winding will be paid separately).

Rewinding the electric induction motor of capacity 1HP suitable to run on 415V AC, 50 Hz supply with copper enameled copper wire of suitable gauge / size including proper insulation and making connection to the terminal plate complete.

Rewinding the Non clog submersible motor of capacity 1HP suitable to run on 415V, AC, 50Hz supply with copper enameled copper wire of suitable gauge/size including proper insulating and making connection to the terminal plate complete.

Disconnecting the Non clog submersible pump and dismantling from the foundation, shifting to workshop opening, checking for defects parts, greasing, bearing etc incl carrying out minor repair.

Disconnecting the sullage water pump and dismantling from the foundation, shifting to workshop for opening, checking for defects parts, greasing, bearing, etc incl carrying out minor repair

Disconnecting the air compressor and motor dismantling from the foundation, shifting to workshop, opening checking for defects parts, greasing, oiling , bearing etc incl carrying out minor repair.

Replacement of complete worn out LT panel wiring after disconnecting all electrical connection from the motors and making connection testing and commissioning with new parts are as under:-

(i) TPN 16 to 32 Amp.

(ii) TPN 40 to 100 Amp.

(iii) 3 Pole Power Auxiliary / Contactors Type MNX-0, rating 25 Amp.

(iv) Three phase Indicator - Red, Yellow & Blue.

(v) Three three phase Timer Switch.

(vi) Auxiliary Contact - 10A (01 NO + 1NC).

(vii) Three phase rotary switch.

S&F PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed, co conductor (flexible) industrial cable of size 4 sqmm, 3 core 1100 Volts.

S & F High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of size 50mm dia fixed complete in floors etc.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations of pipe B1 1:2:4 20mm graded aggregate, smooth finishing without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for tasting of treated water collected from STP by authorized lab as per required parameter i.e. PH, TSS, BOD, COD, Oil & Greases etc. Submitting by certificated / reports as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F carbon and sand filter rubber gasket (as per site required) complete with connection and commissioning.
