M&L for comprehensive periodical maintenance, repair & servicing of Screw type compressor unit, Shell & Tube type Condenser unit of Central Air Conditioning Plant. Make: Voltas of capacity 200TR as per manufacturer instructions by authorised dealer of company including descaling of machine and connected water pipe line using suitable chemical, greasing & lubrication of moving parts, leakage repair including brazing work, nitrogen testing etc. and replacing the defective or unserviceable spare parts in repairs as below for 200 TR Voltas Screw Chillers of Central AC Plant as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item. (ii) Cost of Labour of connecting item Nos 1.01 to 1.20 are shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.

M&L for complete overhauling of Cooling Tower of 250TR Central AC Plant by dismantling PVC Honeycomb fills, cooling fan, sprinklers, draining out of water, removing algae, silt, cleaning complete cooling tower body by removing scale, dust, dirt, cleaning existing external surface and servicing of mechanical components including repair / replacement of bottom tray of cooling tower, including replacement of gear box bearing, gear oil, mechanical coupling and overhauling of the complete transmission system of cooling tower and re-assembling all the dismantled components to its original position, testing complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Chage and replacement of following unserviceable parts in repair as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item. (ii) Cost of Labour of connecting item Nos 2.01 to 2.04 are shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.

M&L for complete overhauling of Hot Water generator of Make Rapid Coolby unscrewing and draining out water to detect leakages, welding wherever necessary, removing burnt heater , cleaning, removing silt etc from bottom level of tank, putting insulation sleeves to bare conductors and re-assembling all the dismantled components and testing complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and replacing the following unserviceable parts in repair as required. Note:- (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item. (a) 3 HP to 7.5 HP capacity

(b) 7.5 HP to 15 HP capacity

(c) 15 HP to 20 HP capacity

Dismantling and taking out defective monoblock pump of capacity upto 100 LPS from foundation and shifting to workshop for repair/replacement of impellers, beanings, seals etc. Refitting at foundation after repair testing and commissioning etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out defective centrifugal pump of capacity 123 cum /hr ,from foundation and shifting to workshop for repair/replacement of impellers, bearings, seals etc, Refitting at foundation after repair testing and commissioning complete to the entire satification as required.

Disconnecting the electrical and mechanical connection of burnt electrical motors from the site / location, transporting to and from to work shop. Rewinding of electrical motors/ pump motors by dismantling and removing the burnt cut copper winding wire cleaning the slots of stator with petrol and brushes winding polyester based super enamelled copper wire of same gauge of original one with proper class of insulation including varnishing and heating the coil and remove air bubbles complete stator / rotor after rewinding reassembling all parts including reinstalling connection to original position and testing on full load all as directed by Engineer in charge for different capacity of motor as per following :-

(a) 1 to 2 HP capacity

(b) 3 to 5 HP capacity

(c) 7.5 to 15 HP capacity

(d ) 16 to 40 HP capacity

Checking and testing of interlock panel wiring, detecting the fault/defects including replacement of burnt wires, lugs, terminals, etc. complete all as per specified and directed.

Servicing of Air washer upto 3800 CFM unit including cleaning of pads with chemical and cleaning of air filters, draining out old water from inlet and outlet pipes and refilling fresh water and testing after servicing complete all as specified and directed

Supply and installation wet & dry bulb thermometer at A/C plant room etc. complete all as per specified and directed.

S&F in repairs "V" belt for power transmission for AHU and Air washers of series A,B,C of different sizes as per existing make and model etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete overhauling of water Softener Unit which include servicing, cleaning of complete unit by suitable means and replacing the defective parts etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Defective parts replaced will be measured and paid separately in respective item of BOQ.

Taking down supply air duct and modifying supply air duct of air washers for increasing the airflow in the room by providing vanes in the ducting made out of GI sheets etc complete all as specified and directed by engineering in charge.

Supply, installation & commissioning duct inline fans of capacity 1200,10 mm static pressure inside supply air duct for improving the airflow in room to 1800 cfm by making necessary cable connections & necessary modifications in the duct design.

M&L for dismantling of old duckting of any type and shape including all accessories viz. Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, assembly and erection of GI sheet with C & SS rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints of size 24 Gauge etc complete all as specified and directed.

Note for Srl Item Nos 29.00 & 32.00 :- (i) All necessary civil work including dismantling & fixing of false ceiling , making & breaking of walls & making good damaged portion by painting etc. is included in above scope of work (ii) All electrical cables, lugs, casing capping, PVC pipes for cables etc are included in above rates quoted.
