CHARPOY (GI PIPE) WITH NYLON NEWAR M&L for 32mm dia new GI pipe (medium grade ) of 1980mm long as in long rail of GI pipe charpoy conforming to IS : 1239 having threaded portion 22mm long on both sides after removing of old damaged long rail all as per drawing and as directed. (Drg No FD-220 & FD-1122)

Removing of unserviceable short rail from GI charpoy and replaceing the same with short rail converted from log rail optain from ser Item No 1 here-in-before including thearded portion 22 mm long on both side complete all as specified and directed. (Drg No FD-220 & FD-1122)

M&L for 32mm dia(medium grade) GI three way new elbow (weight not less than 450 gms) conforming to IS:1239 with GI check nuts of 32mm dia, hexagonal shaped after removing of old damaged/unserviceable 32mm diaGI three way elbow with nuts all as specified and directed. (Drg No FD-220 & FD-1122)

Removing of unserviceable legs from GI charpoy and replaceing the same with leg converted from short rail optain from ser Item No 2 here-in-before including thearded complete all as specified and directed. (Drg No FD-220 & FD-1122)

S&F for mild steel round disc of 40mm dia and 3mm thick duly welded alround to bottam of leg including removing of old unserviceable broken disc complete all as specified and directed (Drg No FD-220 & FD-1122).

Removing old unserviceable nylon newar from the frame of Charpoy GI pipe and tightening the frame, supply and fixing 12mm thick BWR plywood (ISI marked) , 7 ply of both side commercial of size 1980mm long and 900mm wide (single piece) and provision of MS Flat iron of size 40mm x 6mm thick, 900mm long -02 Nos alongwith plwood top and fixed with 6mm dia 65mm long brass coated nuts & bolts with 02 Nos washers including drilling 02 Nos holes on each long rail and 02 Nos holes on each short rail and 02 Nos holes on each MS Flat iron complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- MS flat iron shall painted with two coats of blck synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and original purchase voucher (Bar Code required) shall be submit by the contractor at the time of payment).

(Note: Original purchase voucher (Bar Code required) shall be submit by the contractor at the time of payment).

Replacement of exisiting unserviceable MS flate iron of size 40mm wide and 6mm thick and 900mm long and supply and fixing of new MS flat iron of same size with nut, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- MS flat iron shall be painted with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide primer).

CHARPOY STEEL HARD TOP Replacement of exisiting unserviceable plywood top from Charpoy steel hard top and supply and fixing plywood top by using 12mm thick, 7 ply of both side commercial BWR grade (ISI marked) of size 1850mm long and 850mm wide (single piece). Plywood shall be fixed with nut , bolts & washers complete all as directed by Enger-in-charge (Drg No FD/CWE-05/2014 & 2012)

M&L for prepartion of old painted surface and applying one coat of black synthetic enameled paint to charpoy steel hard top including welding of broken parts duly painted complete all as specified and directed (Drg No FD/CWE-05/2014 & 2012)

RE-CANNING OF CHAIRS/CHAIR VERADAH Removing of old unserviceable plastic cane from various type of chairs etc and re-canning the same with new plastic cane 3 mm wide half round Godrej pattern (white) and border shall be woven with new 3 mm half round plastic cane of superior quality complete all as specified and directed (Drg No FD-228,FD-229, FD-279,FD-280,FD-252,FD-244, FD-19 & FD-1106).

CUSHION OF SOFA M&L for removing the worn out/decayed/ unserviceable existing upholtered cushion from the seat and back of sofa and replacing the same with the new cushion of 100mm thick, 530mm x 560 mm size, 40 density approved by GE duly covered all around and stiched all around with malmal cloth ( white ) over which is to be covered and stitched with approved quality of tapestry cloth (cost of tapestry cloth not less than Rupees One hundred eighty per metre approved by GE with piping alround the edges all as shown in drg and as specified and directed.(Drg No- FD-373) (Make: Sleepwell/Dunlop/Kurl-on).

CHAIR VERANDAH M&L for painting with one coat of white synthetic enameled paint on new/old steel surfaces including preparation of surfaces (Drg No FD-256/259/359/19 AND 1106).

M&L for removal of the existing damaged batten (any one) of the back frame of sofa and replacing with new batten of back frame of sofa of size 50 x 25mm 1st class hard wood (Teak) well seasoned inter connecting the existing position complete and fitted in position all as shown on drg and as specified and directed.(Drg No- FD-373, FD-281 & FD-1113)

M&L for removal of the existing damaged seat batten (any one ) of sofa and replacing with new seat battern of size 50 x 25mm 1st class hard wood (Teak) well seasoned inter connecting the front and rear rails of the seat frame and fitted in position all as shown on drg and as specified and directed.(Drg No- FD-373, FD-281 & FD-1113)

Removing of loose joints of frame of any type of chairs and refixing the same using adhesive and bamboo pins to tightening the chair inlcuding PVC shoe shall be provided where ever required

M&L for spot/tack welding in repair of any type of steel furniture of n.exc 2.5 cm in length, thickness matel to be welded n.exc 6mm will be calculated as one unit.

M&L for two coats of polishing applied over wooden surfaces of Chair dining CB/WB complete after preparation of exposed wooden surfaces and smooth the surface with sand paper or caustic soda or chemically where necessary. Joints and cracked of wooden parts of furniture items to be filled with wax / pucca putty to make up for smooth surface as shown in drawing. The spirit and shellac should be superior quality and should not have any stain of water then finished as directed of Drg No FD-279. (Note: polishing work to be down in units as well as furniture yard of GE 862 EWS as directed by GE )
