Taking down old damaged SGSW pipes including necessary excavation, supply and jointing of UPVC underground drainage pipe (UDS) type 'B' 160mm dia with thickness 4mm (min) and pressure rating SN4 as per IS-15328, jointed in cement solvent solution complete including testing, haunching against the sides of pipes in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded curshed stone aggregate) including returning, filling in and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m complete all as specified and directed.Make: Jain Irrigation/ Ajay flow guard/ ASTRA/ ASHIRBAD/ SUPREAM.

Material and labour for Precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs and similar articles including necessary moulds/formwork set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Reinforced cement concrete M-20 (Nominal mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and stair case slab, in shelves, parapets, railing and like using 20 mm graded aggregate including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for TMT Mild steel bars 8mm dia ,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 metre clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rouinded for chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blockage of existing sewage system and plumbing system (Comprising of sewer line in CI, SGSW, PVC/UPVC or SG pipes), house connection from WC, bath, Kitchen etc including gully traps, floor/Nahani traps, CI Pipes and plumbing work etc of any description and in any position below or above ground level, located in different situations to remove the solid or liquid waste to make the entire system functional as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- (i) Contractor will deploy two SDA Mazdoor, daily to attend day to day complaint as mentioned above. SDA Mazdoor will report daily at AGR B/R Janglote Sub division at 0900 hrs and depart 1700 hrs after attending all complaints . In case of non attending complaints in same day, recovery @ Rs.250.00 per complaints will be recovered from contractor and in case of non deployment of SDA Mazdoor recovery @ Rs.400 per day per SDA Mazdoor shall be made from the contractor complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning of septic tank /soakage well of any depth and description including taking out all the stagnated sludge or any other material mixed with the sludge etc complete and disposal of all spoils / waste or any other materials out side the periphery of defence land at his own arrangements where sanitary hazards do not take place as per direction/instruction of civil authority and burried in excaveted pits and covering the same , including taking off and refixing covers after cleaning all as specified and directed. Note : Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall include taking out sludge (liquid/semi liquid/solid), excavation of borrow pits for dumping sludge, removing including loading/unloading and transportation etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing in any type of soil not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep in foul condition for removing heaps of wastes, cleaning of flora, fauma, follage and bushes around septic tanks, soakage well and man holes, removing debries/heaps of bushes etc from vicinity and depositing at a place where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excess earth, waste materials etc dumped at site including necessary excavation to a distance exc 500 mtr and n exc 1000 mtr wherever required along wth sewage line and around soakage wells and septic tanks complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness ,M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment. complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in repair for Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white including fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe PVC sheat cover and butterfly jet spray with necessary connection,complete all as specified and directed..

Supply and fix in repair for water closet (Squat pattern) without lime concrete bedding, vitreous china long pan orissa pattern 580x440mm, white with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe).including connectoin to trap, and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe, etc,making good to floor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x300X7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and fair for receiving tiles including diismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sqm over and including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying tiles including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking , sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix for Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, door or gates of angel or there section with guest plate, and bracing etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bar; barred iron doors; ladder; framed balusters; railing;frame work for water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe -290 Gde -E-165,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 15 mm dia bore Bib taps , cast copper alloy,fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for 15mm dia bore Stop valve/Angle Valve, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix for PVC connections 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair for 10 ltr capacity PVC valveless, syphonic action type flushing cistern low level white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle and connection to pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair, for 15mm bore chromium plated Jet spray for pedestal pattern complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
