Construction and Repair of Parks at Shakumbhari Vihar Yojna No-8, Saharanpur

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) i/c filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches into the space between the building and the sides of foundation disposal of surplus earth as per direction by E/I upto a distance 30 m from the foundation trenches.

Cement Concrete with 4 cm Gauge approved Stone ballast,coarse sand (FM 2.20-3.60) & cement in proportion of 8 : 4 : 1 in foundation including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. Required for proper completion of the work.

R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in R.C.C. Raft Foundation & Footings excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire.

R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand (F.M. 2.20 TO 3.60) and 2cm [3/4"] gauge approved stone grit in the proportion 1:1.5:3 in RCC Column excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding the but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B WG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc, and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc, required for proper completion of the works including cost of binding wire.

M.S./SAIL TMT or Iron work in plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work. including bending for proper shape as necessary including bending for proper complition of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire.

M - 150 class brick work in cement and coarse sand (FM 1.75-2.20) mortar in proportion 1:6 in foundation and plinth including supply of all material labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.Analysis based on

Cement Concrete with 2 cm guage approved stone grit, coarse sand(F.M. 2.20-3.60) & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

12 mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand of 1.75 to 2.20 fineness modules in 1:6 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm. Including supply of all maerials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

MS or Iron work in heavy size and section such as trusses, bilt up gates, record racks, roof work, Gates etc. including rivetting or welding where necessary and their fixing required for proper completion of the work.

Fixing of Main Gate in Position (labour Rate Only)

Painting or varnishing work in small areas or new wood /steel work with one coat ( upto one squire meter of ready mixed priming paint and two coat of approved superior quality of ready mixed paint or varnish including suply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work . [Paint to be used should be confirm the ISI no. 103 -1950.]

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc and removal of form for foundation,footing, based of columns, etc.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Supply and laying of 60 mm thick I shaped mechanically compressed interlocking cement concrete paver blocks manufactured by high pressureand control vibration machine having plan dimension [200x(160+120)] mm .The compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 35 Mpa Grade as per approved design & pattern with base of 50 mm thick local sand including supply all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm. Layers i/c remming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also i/c 1.50 M. lift and 30 M. Lead. The earth from cutting to be used in kaking embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with-in 30 M. distance as directed by the Engineer incharge excluding Royality and i/c cartage upto 5.00 Km.

Providing M-30 Graded RCC Banches 3 Seater of 1.50 M Long 45 CM leg back height as per approved drawing & design in fixing with C.C. in 1:2:4 cement, approved coarse sand & 20 mm stone grit and also i/c supply of all material, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the works as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

M - 150 Brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand (FM 1.75-2.20) in super structure including necessary cutting & moulding of brick as required thickness of wall not to be less than 1 brick thick including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

M - 150 Brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand (FM 1.75-2.20) in super structure including necessary cutting & moulding of brick as required thickness of wall not to be less than half brick thick including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Engraving lines in plaster of outer face wall vertically and horizontally to display the surface as stone facing as directed by the Engineer in charge including supply of all materials, labour, T & P etc. required for proper comletion of the work.

Providing and Fixing 60mm thick M-30 Grade precast cement concrete jali reinforced with 8 MM dia M.S. Bars as attached drawing, including centering and shuttering, roughening clening, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) etc. complete, excluding plastering of the jambs, sills and soffits.

Finishing wall with water proof cement paint of approved make and quality on new wood with two coat to give an even shade including a supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

40 mm thick D.P.C. with cement concrete consisting of 1 part cement,1.5 part approved coarse sand and 3 partsapprovrd 10 mm graded stone grit and including water proofing material as orderd by Engineer incharge in the proportion as spesified by the manufacturer

Demolishing brick work manaually/by menhanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of R.C.C work manuually/by mechenical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceble material within 50 m lead as per direcftion of E/I.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bresumers and cantilevers
