Taking down old Kitchen cabinets of size n.exc 2mX0.6mX1m per cabinet incl shutters, fittings, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhat with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) n.exc. 1.5 Sqm each all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth in walls without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of oil bound distember over one coat of alkali resistant primer including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling incling cement mortar bedding and backing, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises (outside the complex area) all as specified and directed.

Dismatling of granite stone slabs of any description and of any size laid, bedded and pointed in any cement mortar all as specified and directed.

M & L in repairs for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in kitchen platform and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with of pigment to match with shade of granite etc., including 20mm screed bed in cement mortar1:4 all as specified and as directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L of Screed bed of cement mortar 1:4 or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes all as specified and directed.

S&F of Non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, etc., all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7mm thick 450 x 300mm size in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to the shade as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 finished rough and even to receive tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs sink with drainage board made of stainless steel l mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and as directed .
