Scraping surfaces of roof by wire brushing and removing all loose dust and cleaning and washing down the surfaces with water complete all as specifies and as directed.

Applying membrane on primed surface by press application method with minimum 75 mm longitudinal wise lap and 100 mm over lap on the transverse direction duly sticked using 3 mm thick APP (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 kg/Sqm water proofing membrane, black finished non woven polyester reinforced (wt not less than 150 grams) over applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.4 kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made, un-reinforced precast cement concrete tiles of size 250mm x 250mm x 22mm, machine pressed, as on roof surface, confirming to IS 1237-1980, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 incl mixed with WPC (Water proofing compound shall be paid separately), set jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry complete all as specified and directed. Make : Surya Kiran Tiles and Pavers/ National Tiles Corporation Panchkula/ A-one concrete Pvt Ltd/ Saral Patiala, M/S Hariom tiles & Pavers.

M&L for raking out old cement jointes for roof tiles and pointing to brick/PCC tiles in roofs in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of any size and type, setting aside (or lowering ir required) for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc and refixing tank in same position incl fixing of necessary fittings which get damaged or broken during disconnecting of tank complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to RCC ceiling, sunshades, Chajjas, Balconies, Columns, bands, beams, roof slab and similar RCC work at any position/height by dismantling loose/disintegrated portion and dubbing out with Cement Concrete 1:1½:3, 15mm to 50mm thick using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished to required shape including provision of necessary supports if required and stitching of cracks with mild steel U clamps made out of 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c with inserting concrete block stretcher with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with adhesive chemical (Polymer based) and reinforced with PVC chicken mesh including form work where ever required and finished with10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement including preparation of surfaces to receive finishes complete all as specified and directed.
