Deep Aquifer exploration up to 700 m depth in State of Punjab under National Hydrology Project.

Drilling of Pilot bore hole (Test Bore) of 8.50” (215mm) dia upto 710m depth by Direct Rotary rig in all kinds of soil including rocks, boulders etc. & including collecting of samples from different strata, preparing and submitting Strata chart /bore log, preperation of composite log, cost of consumable stores like fuel, lubricants, bentonite mud, material and transportation of rigs machinery, collecting of samples from different strata, including hire and running charges of all equipments, tools, plants, machineries along with use of Bentonite for stability of bore hole including transportation, making of pit, sirky sarkanda godown etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- Charge. Note: Pits for collection of water and water for drilling tubewell be arranged by the firm / contractor at site at his own cost.

Enlargement of bore hole from 8.50”(215mm) to 18”(450mm) dia in all kind of soils including rocks, boulders etc. including cost of consumable stores like fuel, lubricants, bentonite mud, material and transportation of rigs machinery, collecting of samples from different strata, including hire and running charges of all equipments, tools, plants, machineries along with use of Bentonite for stability of boreholes, making of pit, sirky sarkanda godown etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- Charge. Note: Pits for collection of water and water for drilling tubewell be arranged by the firm / contractor at site at his own cost.

Geophysical/Electric logging in Pilot Bore Hole of 8.50"(215mm) dia (using N- 16”, N- 64” resistivity and SP logging/resistivity and Natural Gamma logging) of bore hole with suitable logger, preparing and submitting Strata Chart/ bore log including cost of equipment at site and all other desired information such as raw data and preparing of composite log complete in all respects.

Supplying, lowering of MS Pipe (250mm nominal diameter weight 52.3 kg per metre-8.00 mm thickness) as per IS:4270-2001 including MS sockets having dimensions as per IS code duly welded with MS electrode to have extra strength to lower the pipe into tubewell bore.

Supplying, lowering of MS Pipe (150mm nominal diameter weight 21.6 kg per metre) 5.4 mm thickness) as per IS:4270-2001 including MS sockets having dimensions as per IS code duly welded with MS electrode to have extra strength to lower the pipe into tubewell bore.

Supplying, Fixing & lowering of Stainless Steel Cage type wire wound screen (150mm Steel Strainer-slot size 0.75mm-5.00 mm thickness) as per IS:8110-2000 or latest ISI marked Duly welded with suitable grade S.S welding electrode.to lower the strainer into tubewell bore.

Supplying, lowering & fixing of M.S Special socket (150mm internal diameter) to connect S.S Strainer to M.S Pipe duly welded with suitable grade welding electrode complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing M.S.taper/reducer made out of 6mm thick M.S. sheet complete in all respect. (250mm X 150 mm)

Supplying & Fixing of bail plug of M.S pipe (150mm internal diameter-weight 21.6 kg per metre-5.4 mm thickness) complete with inverted U-hook attached to the bottom plug complete in all respect.

Supplying and fixing mild steel centering guides made out of 32mm x 6mm thick M.S. bar complete in all respects.

Earthwork in excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in all kinds of soils where pick jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2.0 mtr. depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of the excavation (1.5 mtr below NSL)

Supplying & Fixing of well cap having thread to fix on housing pipe complete in all respect.

Supplying at quarry site of gravel of 1/16" to1/8" sizes including pouring and packing in the annular space between the pipes assembly and the bore. The gravel should be free from, dust, dirt, or the vegetable manner as per IS 4097/1967 with latest amendments (to be paid as per actual length of pipe)

Sand filling in wells complete as per drawing and specifications

Cement Plugging with quick setting cement with flowable cement concrete (1:1:2). Maximum size of Coarse agreegate should be kept upto 10mm in concrete

Clay filling of annular space between bore and assembly lowered complete in all respects as per drawing and Technical Specifications.

Supply and fixing of M.S. Clamp of size to 150 x 12 mm made out of MS flat 1.52 m long suitable to fit Hosing pipe including the cost nut and Bolts of suitable size complete in all respects.

Development and stabilizing of P- Tube with air compressor capable of developing and stabilizing P- Tube of 700m depth till the water is free from sand or as directed by the engineer-in-charge including cost of tools, appliances & consumable to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Development and stabilizing of P-Tube with submersible pump capable of developing and stabilizing P- Tube of 700m depth with minimum capacity of 20HP and upto the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Performing pumping tests (1000 min) by suitable vertical turbine pump (including pre pumping and recuperation, APT) as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of tools, appliances and consumable to the satisfaction of Engineer- in Charge

Shuttering for faces of concrete foundations, foundation beam and plinth beam. (Vertical or battering)

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 with stone ballast or shingle

Structural steel work in angles, tees, flats, riveted, including cutting, fixing all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, rivets etc. with hoisting and erecting in position.

Collection of water sample from different strata and testing of sample from approved Laboratory (Physical & chemical Analysis)

Testing of water sample for heavy metal from approved laboratory(Toxic material such as Arsenic, lead, Mercury, Pesticide etc.)
