COMPREHENSIVE/PREVENTIVE MAINT OF EOT CRANES AT MIL STN DAPPAR UNDER AGE (I) DAPPAR

Material and labour for inspection, Comprehensive preventive maintenance by technically qualified technician and rendering smooth operation flame proof EOT crane 4 Ton located in military stn Dappar including assemblies inspection to maintenance of longitude travel/cross travel system assy and checking lubricating of gear system topping up of lubricant upto desired travel replacement of gasket, nut, bolts, washer, split pins for proper tightness and safety including replacement of worn out parts, checking of coupling unit travel track etc. All other miscellaneous item & ensure safe operation of crane including replacement of worn out parts . preventive maintenance of housing system assy comprising of inspection checking including topping up/charging of lubricants & gasket inspection and checking of bracing, pully, nuts, dolys washer, split pins, bushes, hooks, checking of housing pully and lubrication thereof inspection of hoisting rope for cut abberation etc & cleaning up all greasy/clipping materias inspection servicing, setting

Cont.... item No 1.00 and testing breaking limit system for its safe operation. Inspection, checking, setting out including replacement of damaged wiring of electric system in and outside cabins. Repair/replacement of all other miscellaneous items necessory safe and satisfactory functioning of crane including replacement of worn out spares and preventive maintenance of electrical control system comprising of following:- Inspection checking decarbonising & tightning of electrical connection in total system including replacement of thimbles etc.Inspection & checking of fuses, setting & tightning the same as per their capacity and inspection and setting of voltage system including replacement of fused indicating lamp etc. Repair /replacement of all othe miscelleneous item like main switches,MCBs, hand operating pendent etc & replaceement of all other spares complete for safe & satisfatcory run of crane complete for capacity of 4 Ton Make: NRS TIIB &CO

All as per Srl item No 01 here in before but for 2 Ton, complete all as specified and directed. Make of Crane : Dinesh Enterprises, Motors : Bharat Bijlee .

Note for ser item No 1 to 3:- (i) Spares for EOT crane will be measured and paid seperatly. (ii) Contractor will be carry out comprehensive maintenance and maintain the record of same. (iii) Contracor will ensure serviceability and safety of crane during his each visit. In addition the contractor will provide safety certificate once in entire contract period from a competent authority , ie safety officer deputed by State Govt. or Central Govt agencies The contractor will also provide the relevent document to ensure technical/experience certificate

Supply and fix in replacement 2.5 sqmm 3 Core PVC insulated and FRLSH PVC round sheathed Copper conductor (Flexible) industrial cable 1100 Volt confirming to IS 694., complete all as specified and directed.

Attending emergent breakdown or specific visit necessitated due to inspection or operational requirement all as per site requirement or directed by engineer - in- charge. Note: Contractor shall attend day to day complain of crane regularly as and when called with in 24 hrs & maintenance shall be carried out accordingly for smooth functionig of crane and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the above coated rates, If complaint is not attended with in 24 hrs for smooth functioning of crane Rs-500/- will be charged each day as penalty hrs for smooth functioning of crane .

Material and labour for radiography testing of crane hook of capacity 2 to 5 ton by authorised agency at site complete all as specified. Testing certificate shall be issued by testing authority registered with BARC complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Material and labour in replacement of cable carrier for 2 Ton to 5 Ton capacity crane, complete all as specifed and directed.

Disconnecting EOT crane from panel removing Burnt/damaged wiring and Material and labour Control panel wiring, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge

Disconnecting EOT crane from panel removing Burnt/damaged VFD S& F in replacement VFD of capacity 7.5 HP of make as per OEM for smooth operation of induction motor of EOT cranes including Installation, commisioning and erection of VFD complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.
