Rate contract for Lowering- Unlowering Tubewells at various WSS Urban and Rural for summer 2026 under District Rural Dn. II, Bikaner

PART A :-

Unlowering of submersible pump set along with lowering pipes with depth up to 150 mtr and submersible cable with safety from tube well, checking the pump set, transportation of pump set from tube well site to store as direction, receiving repaired / new pump set from store/ divisional store , testing the same, transportation to site and lowering back into tube well along with submersible cable, lowering pipes, specials etc and commissioning of the tube well. The job also includes cable jointing, checking of discharge of pump set, interconnection of lowering pipe from nearby distribution pipe line, checking of starter and reporting for completion of Job or fault/problem if any.

Increasing of lowering pipes in tube wells including cost of nut bolts and rubber gaskets / jointing material and PVC rope and transporatation of cable and extra lowering pipe from store.. However submersible cable and extra lowering pipe shall be provided by the department at store.

Lowering of repaired/New pump set along with lowering pipes and submersible cable with safety in Openwell For three Phase pump set having G.I double flanged/ HDPE pipe lowering asembly of size 50 mm to 80 mm. It includes receiving repaired / new pump set from store / Work shop with in boundry area of division and testing the same, transportation to site and commissioning.

Minor and Major Repair of Hand Pump

Job Work for Successful Repairing of All type of Handpump without material.

Minor Repair without unlowering and lowering of assembly pipes (Replacement or Repair of Chain, Handle, Handle Assembly, Water Tank, Bearing, Greasing etc.including welding and lathe work if any.)

Major Repair with unlowering and lowering of 32/ 50 mm GI pipes assembly including minor repair if any. Work also includes transportation of all material from store to work point and depositing unservicable material to store. Work can be done by lowering machine/ chain pulley/ any system.

Repair of handpump when pipe assembly is jammed/fallen in the bore and to be taken out with help of tripod and chain pulley block etc.

Removing abandoned handpump including dismantling of platform, cutting of casing pipe minimum upto 0.3 m depth below ground level , depositing taken out material to store, filling bore with stone or earth and surface dressing.

Deduct from item no 2.9 if relowering of assembly is not done
