M&L Brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exe 25cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Removing excavated material n exc 50mtr and depositing where directed at level nexe 1.5 mtr above the starting point in soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M&L cast iron 150mm dia with bend coller laid and jointed with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete one 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection incld at 3m apart made construction joint and filled with bitumen sand mixer as per directed by Engr-in-charge and specified.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 or 3/4 section ) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 150/200/300mm dia pipescomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregete)as in coping,benching etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M&L for providing Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner grith in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds end etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on external surface with cement mortar (1:4) on fair face of brick or concrete surface finished even and fair (with out using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for Pre-Cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 with using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in cover slabs (for manholes etc)chullah hoods, chajas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plan faces set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary use and waste form work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge. Note - Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separetly

M&L form work to sides of pillars, posts struts fdn slab post, pillars walls and floor & roof slab etc, finished tough surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M&L providing Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in fdn slab post, pillars walls and floor & roof slab etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape rtequired including cranking binding spirally for hooping for columns hooking and binding with and including mild steel wire(anneled not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quility conforming to Fe -410 S or Fe 410-0 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

S&F sands, straps, supports or stays for rain water , ventilating pipes, including back, of required hooks ( stay ) heavy, for large gates , hook and pintle hinges large haps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, wind ties, hooks for hanging fan plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafter,knee piece insert two way strap and three way, straps , plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L reinforced concrete pipe class NP- 2, 150mm dia with coller laid and jointed with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforced concrete pipe class NP- 2, 200mm dia with coller laid and jointed with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforced concrete pipe class NP- 2, 300mm dia with coller laid and jointed with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only stone sett flooring with stone settsof size 200 to 250mm long 150to 200mm wide an 150mm deep and side dressed bedded in cement motar 1:3 joint 20mm thick grouted in cement motar 1:2 with an admixture of metalic floor hardner 5.5% weight of cement and stuck flush including dismantling old stone complete all as specified anad directed.

M & L for chequered tiles of size 300 x 300 x 25 mm thick (colour and glazed approved by EIC) with grey cement and pigments laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 bedded and jointed in neat cement slurry, incl dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006 of 60mm thickness, with grey cement, pigment with 25mm thick sand filling incl dismantling and rubbish off the primises all as specified and directed.

All as per item 33 here in before but except paver block shall be reused after necessary cleaning and making good all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new and previously un-treated steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described exc 10cmwidth or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make Acrocem/Snowcem and equivalent) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper(white or tinted) over a coat of chalk whiting primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make of distemper : Asian or equivalent)

M & L for applying two coat of undiluted thick coat of acrlic reinforcement liquid applied elastomric water proofing membrane with UV resistance properties and solar refective properties over one coat of primer (1:3, Dilution:water) Note: There shall be gap of 6 hr between each coat) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge, Make : Asian paint, Sika, Fosroc etc.

Supply and installation and testing of NON- CLOG vertical submersible pump 600 LPM 40 MTR HEAD 7.5 HP with chrome steel impeller and cutter , non clog to pass 40 mm size particle incl with guide rail and lifting chain compl all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of MS pipe double flanged type heavy grade not less than 4 mm thick with all fittings laid in floor or fixed to walls and ceiling etc of sizes 100mm dia coml all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix sluice valve, of size100 mm bore flanged of class 1.0 PN complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Foot valve valve, of size 100 mmconfirming to IS : 4038 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Non return valve, of size100 mm bore flanged of class 1.0 PN complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Ductile iron pipe class K-9 ISI marked with internal cement mortar lining and external zinc and bitumen coated pipes 100mm bore confirming to IS 8329 : 2000 with push on rubber gasket joint complete all as specified and directed.(Note : Earth work will be measured and paid separately
