Job includes daily sweeping, dusting of all areas in and around administrative building and moping of administrative building on all working days. Ensuring clean chair seat covers or sofa set covers by removing the dust everyday morning. Cleaning the Office tables, Wooden partitions and Tea pots etc., with soft cloth and cleansing chemicals on daily basis and ensure no stains. Cleansing chemicals will be supplied by Corporation. Cleaning the Computers with soft cloth and ensure free of dust. Clearing of dust bins or waste paper baskets in admin building. Providing Janitorial Services in location for cleaning toilets, bath rooms, urinal pots, water closets, wash basins, sinks and any other such fixture located at all the buildings of the terminal using water, acid, phenyl etc on daily basis on all working days.

PROVIDING SERVICES FOR DAILY CLEANING ALL ROADS INSIDE THE PLANT AND ALL PATHWAYS INSIDE THE PLANT. THE DAILY CLEANING SHALL INVOLVE BROOMING, GRASS AND WEEDS REMOVAL, AND DISPOSAL OF SAME IN A MANNER AS ADVISED BY THE OFFICER-IN-CHARGE. ALL THE DRUMS WHICH ARE KEPT AT VARIOUS SPOTS INSIDE PLANT AREA AND SERVE AS DUSTBINS, SHALL ALSO BE CLEANED ON DAILKY BASIS AND THE WASTE MATERIAL INSIDE THE DRUMS SHALL BE PROPERLY SEGGREGATED AS DEGRADABLE AND NON-DEGRADABLE WASTE. THESE WASTE MATERIALS SHALL THEN BE DISPOSED AT AT PLACE AND MANNER AS ADVISED BY THE OFFICER-IN-CHARGE. THE CLEANING SHALL INVOLVE BROOMING, REMOVAL OF DIRT, GRASS AND WEEDS AND DISPOSAL OF SAME IN A MANNER AS ADVISED BY THE OFFICER-IN-CHARGE.

Job includes the following area under work scope --� Control Room building, Roads around and approach, lawns on both sides Collection of waste materials, waste papers, used carbons, and other waste from dustbins kept at various places of the buildings located in the terminal premises and disposal. Job include sweeping or wet mopping using water and good quality phenyl or detergent for floors, steps, other spaces. Phenyl or detergent to be supplied by Corporation. Cleaning of the floors for removing the bitumen or black oil stains if required. Cleaning of Glasses on window panes on daily basis with the soft cloth and cleansing chemicals Soft cloth and cleansing chemicals are supplied by Corporation. Job includes cleaning of the network and panel cabinets from outside in supervision of the officer in-charges and as directed by officer in charge regularly.

Providing Janitorial Services in location for cleaning toilets, bath rooms, urinal pots, water closets, wash basins, sinks and any other such fixture located at Driver Restroom building of the terminal using water, acid, phenyl etc on daily basis on all working days. Collection of waste materials, waste papers, used carbons, and other waste from dustbins kept at various places of the buildings located in the terminal premises and disposal. Toilets should be cleaned daily with phenyl if required with acid for absolute cleanliness, once in the morning before 09 00 Hrs and subsequently after every 2 hrs. Job includes regular cleaning of cobwebs inside the roof of the sheds as well as around the sheds. Necessary equipment or brooms or tools required for cobweb cleaning at such heights to arranged by contractor. Timely filling of water on overhead tanks and noting water meter reading on daily basis. The item also covers TT parking security cabin as well as TT Parking area. Any non-compliance in carrying out above described activity shall result in penalties to the contractor which shall be debited from contractor�s monthly bills.

Providing services for daily cleaning of Calibration shed, Additives shed, Sealing shed, Storage shed M&R, Compressor Shed, VRU, etc . All the areas underneath of connecting platforms , unloading platforms and loading plaftorms. The cleaning shall done using water with or without soap or cleaning agent ass advised by the officer in- charge.

Officer or Designated person signature has to be taken on the job card or checklist on daily basis. Job includes regular cleaning of cobwebs inside the roof of the sheds as well as around the sheds. Necessary equipment or brooms or tools required for cobweb cleaning at such heights to arranged by contractor. Job includes cleaning of structure and approaches also. Any non-compliance in carrying out above described activity shall result in penalties to the contractor which shall be debited from contractor�s monthly bills.

Sweeping the inside dyke area and cleaning of drains and surroundings of tank farm area. Removing the Oil Stains from area floor with SKO or dispersant or any other chemical and cotton waste as and when required. SKO or Dispersant or Chemical and cotton waste will be provided by the Corporation. Removing the spillages if any in Dyke area and put in back in the pit. Cleaning of the equipment with cloths on once in a week or as advised by officer in charge in presence of operator. Cleaning the entire structures with cloths, brooms and removing the cobwebs, bird droppings etc. Necessary equipment or brooms or tools required for cobweb cleaning at such heights to arranged by contractor. Job includes cleaning of valves, DBBV and ROSOV etc.

Housekeeping HPCL side siding dedicated manpower for the job to be uses and when required. Record of cleaning to be maintained and same needs to be certified by officer in charge

TLF Pump house, Open area around, roads around, lawns area around TLF Pump House, UG tank Farm Area, Ethanol Pump shed. Sweeping the pump house on daily basis. Removing the Oil Stains in pump house with SKO or dispersant or any other chemical and cotton waste as and when required. Removing the spillages in Pump house and put in back in the SLOP pit. Cleaning the entire structures with brooms and removing the cobwebs, bird droppings etc. Necessary equipment or brooms or tools required for cobweb cleaning at such heights to arranged by contractor. Job includes cleaning of structure and approaches of suction and delivery valves. Cleaning of concrete floors, collection of waste papers, debris, cotton waste, and other waste from open areas. Jobs shall be planned and executed without any hindrance to the terminal operations. Job includes Collection of oil soaked cotton waste and other garbage on daily basis and dispose it.
