Dismantling of existing Brick work/ tile masonry in cement mortar, as per actual site conditions/ requirements, finishing the broken surface to match with the surrounding, removing the debris etc. from site of work to dumping ground/yard Including cutting the reinforcement if any and cleaning & stacking of dismantled bricks and bats for re-use in new work, complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C..

Earth work in excavation for all type of foundations, trenches, etc. in all kinds of soil where pick-jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2 meters depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent refilling around masonary etc. in 15cms layers with compaction/consolidation, including disposal of all surplus soil as directed, within campus / site.

Earth filling under floors/in plinth with surplus soil excavated from foundations (as per above) and taken only from outside the building plinth, in 15cms layers including ramming, watering and consolidating as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth filling under floors/in plinth with approved earth brought from outside , in 15cms layers including ramming, watering and consolidating as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and filling in plinth and under floors approved local river sand including carriage loading, unloading, spreading, watering, ramming, consolidating, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying Anti Termite Treatment using pre constructional chemical treatment measures as per IS-6313-2001 (Part-2) & using Chemical containing chloropyrifos systemic insecticide diluted to manufacturer’s specifications i.e. 1 Ltr. of choropyrifos and 19 ltr. water:- (i)In foundation pits, by treating the bottom & sides up to height of 300mm by uniformly spraying solution @ 5 litre per sqm. (ii)In the refill earth on both sides of all built up walls @ 7.5 litre / Running meter (width -300mm, depth -450mm).(iii)Before laying the floor, by uniformly sprinkling the top surface of the consolidated earth within the outer perimeter @ 5 litre solution per sqm.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:5:10 using concrete mixture volumetric type with stone aggregate (1 cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 stone aggregate 40mm gauge) for all types of foundations, footings, below rafts, extension columns, plinth beams/under floor etc. including spreading, laying, ramming and consolidating as per requirements and curing etc. but excluding centering and shuttering, complete in all respects as directed by E-in-C

Providing and fixing/placing in position Ribbed/Tor/T.M.T. Steel Bars, for R.C.C. works, where not including in the complete rate of R.C.C. included bending, binding and placing in position as per structural design/ drawing including cost of binding wire. Complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Providing & laying Reinforced cement concrete M-25 mechanically mixed using batch type concrete mixture as per IS 1791 and vibrated by needle vibrator but excluding steel reinforcement, centering and shuttering, for all types of RCC works i.e. column, footings, strips, pedestals, tie beams & plinth beams etc. as per structural drawings/ design including laying, spreading, ramming, watering, consolidating &curing etc., in foundation and plinth Complete in all respect.

Providing and laying 40mm thick damp proof course of cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm down) with water proofing compound as per manufacturers specifications, complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Providing and laying 20mm thick cement plaster in damp proof course 1:3, with two coats of bitumen 80/100 penetration @1.65 kg per sqm, laid hot and sanded, complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Providing and applying cement plaster in cement sand mortar 1:5 (1cement: 5 fine sand) to the walls, columns etc. including providing groove, drip course, scaffolding, finishing, curing etc. Complete in all respects for all heights as directed by the E-in-C.

Providing and applying 10mm thick cement plaster in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 fine sand) to the under side of ceiling. including scaffolding, finishing, curing etc. Complete in all respects for all heights as directed by the E-in-C.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of 80mm x 1.25mm M.S. Laths, interlocked together through their entire length, and jointed together, at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft, with brackets, side guides 27.5 cm long wire spring grade No. 2 and arrangement for inside and outside locking, with push and pull operation complete, including top cover 0.80mm thick (payment is to be made for the exact size of opening; where rolling shutter is to be fixed).

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles Matt/Semi Glosy/Highly Glossfinish/Highlighter/emboss conforming to IS :15622 (thickness to be specified by themanufacture of approved make (Johnson/Kajaria or equivalent ) in all colours,shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of size 600 x 300 mm as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 fine sand) with grey cement slurry@ 3.3kg per sqm, the tiles to laid with 3mm to 4mm gap by using spacers and later these joints to be grouted with epoxy of shade . complete in all respects.
