Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames, wooden/PVC doors/steel ventilator) area not exceeding 1.50 sqm each and removing from site including cutting holes for removal of old rusted hold fast and prepare the surface for new hold fast complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any discription and in any position not otherwise specifically provided (like kitchen shelf, WHB counter shelf, slabs, beams, staircase, lintels, chajja, RCC OHT, RCC fins, roof projection, RCC parapets and similar suspended works), including cutting of steel as directed and prepare the surface to casting new shelf/slabs and removing rubbish materials from site and deposited as directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, in any description including cleaning and stacking serviceable brick for re use and balance removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, for taking out old pipe and laying new pipe line, for laying cable etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC ( 1:4:8), type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick damp proof course in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary form work and including material and labour for mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ 200ml per bag of cement of 50kg, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers., lintels, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns landing, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Material and labour for Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as flat roof slabs, floor slabs, shelf slab, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) rough finished complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for Form work to flat sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings , lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, sides of chajjas etc and similar works rough finished flat surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases of columns etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on any face of ceiling, finished fair and even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, cranking etc and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose)

Material and labour for 75mm thick cement concrete ( 1:4:8), type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, hard standing, plinth protection/path etc. finished even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced, existing plinth floor, hard standing etc ) of any description and in any position including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall/ceiling by applying 3mm thick birla or Jk wall care putty on wall surfaces even and smooth and applying two coat plastic emulsion paint on plastered surfaces over a coat of primer whitening, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall by applying 3mm thick birla or JK wall care putty on wall surfaces even and smooth and applying two coat of weather exterior emulsion paint on plastered surfaces over a coat of primer whitening, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 1st class hard-wood Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing factory made glazed and skeleton shutter, 35mm thick of 1st class hard wood open rebated (two panels as approved) and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc., without sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. Sizes of members as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24(a), and fitted to chowkhats, members shall be kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing factory made plain framed panelled shutters (two panels as approved), 35mm thick of 1st class hard wood with lock rail and panel inserts of 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rails and styles as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401, including 2nd class soft wood kail beading 20mm wide tapering from 10mm to 5mm on one side and also fitted to chowkhat, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing factory made glazed and skeleton shutter, 30mm thick of 1st class hard wood open rebated (two panels as approved) and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc., without sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. Sizes of members as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24(a), and fitted to chowkhats, menbers shall be kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing Brass barrel tower bolts, with cast or sheet barrel and rolled or cast bolts and fixed, 300mm long, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing galvanized mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm fixed with tinned tack or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Returning and filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour cutting into existing manholes/septic tank for connecting new drain upto 150mm internal dia, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round to 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:3:6), type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in bed of drain pipe of size 150mm bore (internal) including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for 150mm bore (internal dia) salt glazed stone ware (SGSW) drain pipe, grade ‘A’, laid on concrete bed to required slope in trenches, jointing with packed spun yarn and in cement and sand mortar (1:1) and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Excavation, earrh work and concrete bed shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.)

Supply and fixing 150mm x 150mm size salt glazed stone ware gully traps, square or round mouthed, type 'P' complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel tubing (GI pipe) medium grade 20mm bore ISI marked with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. and fixed complete to walls, ceiling and laid in floor or concealed in walls including cutting chases in wall (as directed) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls including cutting and threading of pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing Cast iron floor trap 100mm bore, with CP grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern, EWC) white colour (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to drain and to flushing pipe anti syphonage etc., including plastic water closet seat with cover (white colour) closed pattern with flat bottom and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device including stainless steel chromium plated jet spray with 01 mtr long PVC pipe with CP connector and necessary nut bolts and with necessary CP screws and plug for fixing WC, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic coloured tiles (light shade) 10 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile exdceed 0.80 Sqm but not exceeding 1.70 sqm, as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer (screed) in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 600mm x 300mm, 7mm to 8mm thick, as in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick (Av thickness) bedding layer (rendering) in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer (screed) in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour 18-20mm thick machine cut, granite duly factory grinding and polished (table rubbed and polished) of approved colour for counter sunk wash basin, plateform/cooking plateform or as directed, including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) (grey cement slurry) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admiture of pigment to match with shade of granite stone slab including cutting as required including cleaning and extra polishing if required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour 19-20mm thick PVC board (for cupboard and cabinets) one side decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination and front face of Cupboard fixed with acrylic sheets fixed with screws to timber frame work and moving on channel and fixed the 5mm thick looking mirror on one shutter of cup board, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for double layer POP false ceiling of approved design including moulding cornices and flower etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment from roof and providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surface with super thermo APP modified water proofing membrane comprising of the following for non approachable roofs:- (i) Cleaning and sweeping and washing down with water to remove all dust etc., from plastered roof surfaces/walls and filling of crack with sealing compound etc., (ii) Bituminous based primer conforming to IS:[email protected] Kg per Sqm, (iii) One layer of super thermo APP modified water proofing membrane with non polyester reinforcement 3mm thick having minimum weight @ 3.5 kg per Sqm, laid with gas torch and pasted on roof surfaces with roller. The over laps shall be sealed by flame including vertical surface after cutting necessary grooves and making good with PCC gola 1:2:4, type B-1 etc., adhere to bitumen complete all as per manufacturer instructions. (iv) Applying two coat of aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg per Sqm per coat over bitumen layer as per manufacturer instruction. (Application including sides lap, over laps shall be provided not less than 10cm and joint sealed with torch as per manufacturer's instructions/specifications 15mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 (v) Taking down of GI pipe and refixing in the same position and as per particular specifications, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair 8 to 10mm thick toughfened glass of any design (frosted) high quality bathroom wall partitions and panel paired with metal framing channels or clamps, fixed to floor and walls/sliding by means of chromium plated/screws, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for endura tiles/ stone (coloured/designer) heavy duty of size 300mm x 300mm, 10-12mm thick as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 20mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

SCHEDULE 'A' INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Dismantling & taking down old outdated existing distribution board including out door metal cover and all accessories and connections complete including finishing of distrurbed location with using bricks sand and cement works, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing changeover switch including its UG cable connections and its connected accessories and kept on safe custody for refixing of new location after completion of laying UG cables and sub main wirings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only change over switch and rearrange the removed cables and its connected accessories and fixing arrangements including cement works and finishing relocated location as per item removed from srl item No. 104 above, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for route indicator fabricated from 40mm x 6mm, angle iron 450mm long, rivited or welded with 100mm dia CI or MS round disc duly engraved 'LT CABLE' in letters & 'BLUE' colour including grauted into the ground with PCC casting (1:4:8), type -D2 with 40mm graded stone aggregate minimum size of PCC 20cm x 20cm x 30cm deep from ground level, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LT feeder pillar (outdoor type) single door type cubical type made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick dust and vermin proof and angle iron size of 50mm x 50mm x 6mm having 01 No. MCCB of size 63 Amp 16 KA fixed thermal megnatic range & 200 Amp rated Al bus bar. Panel should be covered from all side with front lockable door and hinges, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(ii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and filling Local sand cushioning , with dry and clean sand, over and under the under ground cables in trenches, ducts for cable protection including consolidation, 80mm thick to the authorized width as per SSR–Part-I before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fixing/laying GI tubing, light grade, 50 mm bore for protection of cable including fitting complete with flat iron clamps size of flat iron 25mm x 4mm, nuts bolts & washers complete fixed to poles/ along wall/ floor/ under road/across drain or nallah/ laid in in trenches etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing/laying GI tubing, light grade, 80 mm bore for protection of cable including fitting complete with flat iron clamps size of flat iron 25mm x 4mm, nuts bolts & washers complete fixed to poles/ along wall/ floor/ under road/across drain or nallah/ laid in in trenches etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing gun metal, globe or gate valve (ISI marked), brass cast copper alloy, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends suitable for 25mm bore iron pipes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of gate valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing gun metal, globe or gate valve (ISI marked), brass cast copper alloy, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends suitable for 40mm bore iron pipes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of gate valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.
