Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforcedcement concrete,excluding the cpst of centering,shuttering,finishing,and reinforcement-all work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3

Reinforcement cement concrete work in beams,suspended floors,roof having slope up to 15 degrees landing,balconies,shelves,chajjas all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing RCC M200 with nominal mix 1:1.5:3 in beam with approved quality of stone chips 20mm to 6mm size graded and clean coarse sand of FM2 TO 3 including screening,shuttering mixing cement concrete in mixer and placing in position as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing TOR steel reinforcement of 8mm,10mm,12,,16mm dia. As per approved design and drawing excluding carraige of M.S rods to work site cutting,bending and binding with annealed wire as per building specification & direction of E/I. 8mm

Providing designation 75A brick work in C:M 1:6 In superstructure with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F:M 2 TO 2.5 including providing 10mm thick mortar joints,costs of screening,materaisl,royalty all complete as per building specification & direction of E/I.

Supplying fitting and fixing MS40X40X4MM IS2062 GRADE A MS Angle hosting steps welded with 6mm dia and 75mm long M.S rods anchorage fixed in concrete steps at the time of casting including taxes all complete as per direction of E/I.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600mm dia 10m openable length having 50nos rounds per 6metre length,upto 3m height of wall with existing angle iron Y shaped placed 2.4m or 3m apart all complete as per direction of E/I.

Centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etc and removal of form for foundation,footings,bases of columns,etc for mass concrete

Centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etcand removal of form for lintel,beam,plinth beam girders.

Centering and shuttering including strutting ,propping etc and removal of form for columns,pillers,piers,abutments,posts and struts

Providing 12mm cement plaster 1:6 with clean coarse sand of F.M 1.5 including screening,curing with all leads & lifts of water,scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade New work(two or more coat applied @1.67ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20kg/10sqm.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete specified grade excluding the cost of centering,shuttering,finishing and reinforcement-All work upto plinth level 1:2:4 and as per direction of engineer in charge.

Supplying fitting and fixing 20 guage GCI Sheet gate fitted on M.S angle frame of size 60x60x6mm including cost of fabrication,providing necessary locking arrangements with haskal and dommy duly fixed in P.C.C(1:2:4)

Providing one coat of aluminium paint over steel surface and including cleaning the surface throughly,scaffolding and taxes all complete specification and direction of E/I.
