TENDER FOR SUPPLY & LAYING OF PAVER BLOCKS AND ASSOCIATED CIVIL WORKS AT GONDA DEPOT 1) Bids are invited for Supply & Laying of Paver Blocks and Associated Civil Works, including dismantling of the existing bituminous road at BPCL Gonda Depot . 2) The qualification criteria for bidders shall be as specified in the tender documents. 3) The work is expected to be executed to the highest standards of quality. Since the job is to be carried out in a hazardous area, all applicable safety requirements shall be strictly adhered to. Any overriding of safety systems or violation of the Work Permit System shall not be tolerated. 4) Final payment shall be made based on the actual measurements of the work executed, irrespective of the quantities indicated in the Scope of Work. 5) The decision of BPCL in all matters relating to the tender and execution of the work shall be final and binding on all parties. 6) The stipulated completion timeline shall be strictly adhered to. The successful bidder shall maintain a Hindrance Register throughout the execution of the work. OK
