Balance work of BT road from Powerguda to Lendiguda of Jainoor (M) in Kumaram Bheem Asifabad District

Embakment Cart Earth:Forming embankment with approved material obtained from borrowpits with a lead upto 7000 meters useful from outside road boundary by mechanical means upto SDR with all leads and lifts, including pre-watering of soil at borrow area, removal of top soil, excavation and conveyance of soils and depositing the soil on the embankment, spreading, breaking clods, 1 sectioning, grading and consilodation with vibratory roller at OMC to meet the requirement of table 300-2 of MORT&H and table 300.1 and 300.2, of MORD including all hire and operational charges of T&P and excl seigniorage charges, as per MORT&H specification 305 (4th revision) 301.5 of MORD complete for finished item of work. (Payment will be made based on level for finished item of work).

Wet Mix Macadam:Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate as per table 400.11 and 400.12 of MORD to Wet Mix macadem specification including cost,seignorage of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant (pug mill) carriag of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with motor grader on base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification.406 (4th revision) and 406 MORD complete for finished item of work. (Payment based on levels for finished item of work)

Prime Coat: Providing and applying Primer Coat (LOW POROSITY) with Bitumen emulsion SS-1 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechincal measns as per technical specification Clause 502 of MORD.

Tack Coat: Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion (Rapid settting-1) using Emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275kgs per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydralic broom as per MoRT&H Specification 503 (4th revision) and 503 MORD as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete for finished item of work.

Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 40 TO 60 TPH HMP/100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plnat producing an average uotput of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of grading -II premixed with bitumonous binder 60/70 @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler with stone dust, trnsporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a mechanical paver to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tandom rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No 507 cmplete in all respects.

Construction of improved subgrade/ Shoulders by providing selected earth having minimum CBR of 10%, MDD not less than 1.85 g/cc with LL & PI not more than 40% and 20 respectively and spreading in uniform layers with tractor grader on prepared surface, and compacted at OMC with vibratory roller 80-100 KN to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with as per Technical Specification Clause 303 MORD/305 MORTH, by using machinery including contractors profit, Over head charges with a lead of 5Km (Lead may be adopted as per actuals, up to a maximum of 5KM)
