Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc not exc 10 sqm or plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, not exc 1.5 mtr in depth as in foundation etc. and getting out in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling & mass concrete & in foundation of posts, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling & mass concrete & in foundation of posts, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50m, depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specififed and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonary, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Ser item No 8.00 above, but except stone.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting etc. not exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel'), compete all as specified and directed.

S&F 16 to 20 mm neck dia mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 22.5cm but not exc 30cm long, compete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 12.00 above but 12 to 20mm neck dia.

S&F welded steel wire fabric mesh, weight exc. 4 Kg/ Sqm, fixed to wood or steel members, complete by welding or any method, compete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces of any description exc.10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, compete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing not exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil, compete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base of floors, sub bases, floors and pavings etc., finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base of floors, sub bases, floors and pavings etc., finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates), set in CM 1:6 as in cover clabs (for manholes etc) with plain fair faces incl necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone 18 to 20 mm thick as in flooring, laid over and inlcuding 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, jointed in grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 24.00 above, but on vertical surfaces.

M&L for marble work 25mm thick slab (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and the like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for framed work such as grills, tubular square pipes, square bars, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, including necessary welding, complete all as specified and directed

S&F roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5mm thick MS plates (plain or chequered) as available sizes, confirming to Fe-410 (Gde E-250 quality), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Earth filling including raising (or lowering) soil earth, spreading in layers not exc. 30 cm thick, watering, ramming/ rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., not exc. 1.5 m high from base, complete all specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick coloured paving tiles, of size 300mm x 300mm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed with white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and incl 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 incl demolition of existing tiles, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Jonhon Endura Tiles or as listed in Appx 'D' of PS.
