Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m in wide but exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of cables/ fixing poles etc all as specified and directed.

Returning filling with earth obtained from excavation including spreading watering and consolidation in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick complete.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete.

M&L for spreading 40 mm graded stone aggregate deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick through out the sub station open areas complete.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate as in mass concrete in foundations etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type B-2 using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate as in mass concrete in foundations etc complete all as specified and directed .

Supplying and laying old size bricks, common burnt clay building bricks sub class 'B' designation 75 laid in trenches over sand for cable protection complete all as specified.

M&L for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified. Note:- Punned thickness of sand shall be measured.

S&F in repair Steel tubes ISI marked light grade galvanised with all fittings fixed to walls / poles / laid in road crossing etc as required of size 80 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre stressed concrete pole, 11.0 meters long,152mmx152mm at top and 152mmx260mm at bottom, class 9 including taking down existing poles of any type and size complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Earth work excavation, PCC foundation and coping will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for mild steel work (structural) as in cross arm bracing supports, clamps fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending, drilling holes for bolts in any size or shape as required and providing one primer coat with red oxide primer and one under coat & one finishing coat of aluminium paint including taking down existing unserviceable rusted/worn out MS cross arm, angle, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pin type porcelain vitreous brown insulator 150 mm high including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two GI washers and one GI nut suitable for 11000 volts grade including taking down old unserviceable pin insulator of any type and size complete all as specified.

S&F disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm high & 255 mm dia ball & socket type brown, single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors of working voltage 11 KV including taking down old unserviceable disc insulator of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F loop type insulator, porcelain, vitreous white brown or green, large size with overall dimensions 90x140mm and clearance dia of hole 25.5 mm including taking down old unserviceable loop insulator of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanised stay strand of size 7/4mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Stay assembly with 20mm dia GI stay rod 1900 mm long including mild steel stay plate 300 mm x 300 mm x 6 mm and galvanised thimble, galvanised steel 14 mm dia 400 mm long stay bow and GI nuts, washers including loop type insulator vitreous porcelain white, brown or green big size with overall dimensions 90 mm x 140 mm clearance of hole 25.5 mm complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 01 of SSR Part - I including taking down old unserviceable stay assembly complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-Loop type insulators, stay clamps, excavation and concrete will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for ACSR conductor squirrel to dog (6/1/2.11 to 6/1/4.72) any size drawn straight horizontal on over head lines on existing poles including binding with insulators. Weight of conductors shall be measured straight horizontal distance between centre of two adjacent poles and caclulating weight of conductor of size and length by adding 3% extra for sag, jointing jumpers etc including taking down existing worn out old broken ACSR conductor of any size and type and length at any position from LT/HT poles complete all as specified.

Taking down existing worn out/rusted GI earth wire, cradles, guards of any size and shape at any position from LT/HT poles and pre stressed concrete poles 09 meters long and stretching new GI earth wire 8 SWG (4 mm dia) on LT/HT poles for continuous earth wire/guards and cradles (hexagonal/ rectangular) including 1.6 mm GI binding wire etc complete all as specified.

S&F in renewal outdoor type , triple pole mechanically operated, mounted on insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level vertical/ horizontal mounting air break switch 11 KV, 200 amps consisting of hot dip galvanized channel iron base having 3 Nos 11 KV post insulators per phase, copper or copper alloy high pressure heavily tinned contacts plated MS arcing horn capable of breaking the magnetizing current with horizontal connecting bar GI pipe as down rod levers coupling and operating handle with locking arrangements manufactured as per IS : 9921 with and including operating rod of 25 mm bore medium grade GI pipe of suitable length to operate from ground level complete. Supplying and fixing in repair straight through cable joint cold shrinkable type suitable for 3 core 11 KV grade XLPE insulated cable of size 50 to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed

Supplying, laying, testing and commissioning XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 11 KV grade (Earthed system) laid in trenches / on pole / in ducts or through sleeves of size 95 sqmm 3 core including taking out existing HT cable of any type and size complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32 mm x 6 mm with GI pipe, nuts, bolts and washers complete and including test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8mm dai 25mm long hexagonal head screw and PCC pit of required size in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 and RCC cover with frame, charcoal, common salt around the earth plate watering pipe 20mm med grade/galvanised and 40mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of GI strip with funnel and wire mesh for watering including excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed ass hown in Electrical Plate No. 5 of SSR (Part-1) of 2009 and testing on completion. Restringing/restretching aluminium conductor on existing over head lines including necessary binding with binding wire with insulator , connections of incoming and out going cables complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of 11.0 m long swaged poles with cross arm/clamps with aluminium paint one under coat and one finishing coat after preparation of old steel surfaces including making of alternate colour bands red & white 30 cms width upto a height of 1.5 m from pole coping with synthetic enamelled paint & writing pole numbers on round base of 125 mm dia with yellow synthetic paint complete.

S&F in renewal of post insulator 11 KV grade complete.

Opening / stripping of the step down transformer, 11 KV/0.433 KV, draining of oil, lifting the core & coil assembly, washing and cleaning dust, dirt & sludge deposit from all parts, servicing of tap changer, making internal connections and re-assembling the transformer after repair work, providing new cork sheet gasket packing 5 mm thick, nuts, bolts washers etc as required, transportation, loading, unloading from sub station to workshop & back including its installation at original or any other place, testing & commissioning complete for capacity:-

(a) 50 KVA to 100 KVA

(b) 150 KVA to 250 KVA

Renewal of HV coil (11KV), wound with super enamelled copper wire of same guage including necessary insulating materials and baking the coil in vacuum furnace upto 400 KVA capacity transformers complete.

Reconditioning of copper wound MV coil (433 V) including necessary insulating materials, and baking coil in vacuum furnace upto 400 KVA capacity transformers complete.

M&L for shifting of transformer upto 200 KVA capacity after disconnection from one location to another for restoration of supply during failure of transformer of any location or redistributution of load as required including connection and commissioning of shifted transformer and disconnection & setting aside existing transformer complete.

Labour and equipments for opening up top cover of transformers installed in position, disconnecting connections and reconnecting after renewal of worn out / defective parts, re fixing the top cover in position including new best quality cork sheet gasket (not less than 5 mm thick) complete all as specified. (Note:- Renewal of worn out / defective parts shall be measured and paid separately.)

M&L for filtration / dehydration of insulating oil of transformer on site to achieve dielectric strength 50 KV or above (when tested with 2.5 mm gap electrode) installed at Sila Garrison and different locations of 14 and 15 sectors and its units complete.

Supplying and filling for topping up of deficient oil level of transformers with new transformer oil after filtration / dehydration to achieve dielectric strength 50 KV or above complete all as specified.

S&F in renewal transformer breather assembly oil seal type made of cast aluminium body powder coated as per RAL 7032 shade filled with silica gel of capacity 500 grams complete all as specified.

S&F in renewal oil level indicator clean prismatic type with necessary gasket etc in renewal suitable for transformer up to 200 KVA capacity complete all as specified.

S&F in repair drop out fuse link 11 KV, 100 amps consisting of channel galvanized iron base, having 2 Nos 11 KV post insulators per phase including fuse carrier of SRBP tube with heavily tinned non ferrous metal parts & spring loaded phosphor bronze contact manufactured as per IS: 9385 complete all as specified. Make - PACTIL / BHEL / ABB or from the makes given in particular specifications.

Sevicing of existing air break switches 11 KV including renewal of worn out nuts, bolts, washers etc & providing petrolleum jelly for smooth operation complete all as specified.

Labour & tools for trimming tree branches upto 100 mm girth of any location around existing HT/LT OH lines giving clearance of 1.5 m on all sides complete. (Note:- Trimming of tree branches irrespective in numbers in each tree shall be measured as one unit).

Providing labour and tools for cleaning the sub station open areas, removing grass, shrub, roots, stone / brickbats etc by surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep, leveling the area and keeping it maintained upto the date of completion of contract complete all as specified.

Note:- Schedule of credit Rs. 90,452.00 will be deducted from total amount quoted while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
