Supply of 160mm dia End cap for bore hole ( As per TWAD Board Schedule of Rates).
Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m & initial lift of 2m in Sand, silt or other loose soil wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth S.S. 20B to a required depth as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying erection and CENTERING for sides and soffits of plain surfaces such as slab etc., using M.S. Sheets of size 90cm x 60cm BG 10 gauge stiffended etc., complete complying with standard specification.
Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (one cement, three sand and Sixhard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for Foundation including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.
Plastering with Cement mortar 1:3, 12 mm thick complete complying with standard specifications
White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Fabricating and supplying of Protection Box for observation bore well using 5 mm thick M.S. Steel Plates to the dimension of 650 mm x 400 mm. Height of box at rear side is 530 mm and 450 mm at front side. Top cover with projection to be provided with necessary hinges and pad lock arrangement to open and lock the box. Necessary arrangements to be provided at the bottom of the box to embed the box with concrete platform.The cost includes all materials, labour for welding, one coat red oxide primer, painting with two coats of approved enamel paint, Bolt, Nut, Dindigul/Godrej Lock and Key, writing the bore well details on the protection cover and transporting to the following bore well site as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying of M.S.Grill enclosure of size 1.50 x 1.50 x 1.80 inclusive of one M.S. Grill gate of size 0.75 x 1.50 m as per specifications. The M.S. Grill enclosure should have 5 Nos. of the vertical M.S. Angle of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm for the four corners and one at rear gate. The alround horizontal ties are with three numbers of 40 x 40 x 6 mm M.S. angle one at botton and one at middle and one at top, 16 x 16 x M.S. Square rod are to be provided in between the vertical angles at 15 cm c/c. The gate should be of 0.75 x 1.50 m size with 40 x 40 x6 mm M.S. angle at round and one horizontal at middle including 16 x 16 mm M.S. square rod for vertical at 15cm c/c with necessary aldrop for locking arrangements. The top of all square rods should be made of sharp. The entire should be made with bolt and nut arrangements has to attach each side separately and it can be yearly fixed at site. The cost includesall cost of materials required, labour charges for cutting threading, bolt and nuts, one coat red oxide with two coats of enamal paint etc attached with Name board of size 0.90m x 0.60m and using 10 gauge M.S plate of 6mm thick and painting two coats using first quality synthetic enamal paint etc., complete and lettering the name board with best approved quality paint and colour including labour for lettering complete as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying fabricating and fixing Name board of size 1.20m x 0.90m and using 18 gauge M.S plate of 6mm thick and using M.S angle section of 65x65x6mm for vertical post and 50x50x6mm size alround and 30x30x3mm for diagonal and painting two coats using first quality synthetic enamal paint etc., complete and lettering the name board with best approved quality paint and colour including labour for lettering.
Charges for the services of electrical logging in the pilot bore holes and mazdoor employed for electrical logging works as per G.O.(Ms) No.9.
Barricading work around the entire work site for laying of artificial recharge shaft using casurina poles at 1.50m center to center (8cm to 10cm dia and 1.80m height) vertical with horizontal poles in three rows including painting the vertical poles in the road facing sides with ready mix paint, tying the vertical and horizontal poles with coir rope including fixing charges and fixing 75mm dia reflectors including earth work excavation for fixing vertical posts and finally removing and stacking the materials safely for further use etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
Charges for the services of Geophysical resistivity survey at Piezometer site and mazdoor employed for Geophysical investigation work and transportation charges.
