Supplying and filling of Well gravel in basement for filling including conveyance, loading and unloading charges and all other incidential charges, filling, laying, watering and consolidation etc., complete as directed by the Dept., Officers with standard specification.

Providing and laying Granular Sub Base (GSB) to 200mm thickness on the prepared subgrade minimum CBR value 30 Grading conforming to table 400-1/200-2 of MORTH-Revision-IV with sand, gravel, crushed stone or quarry fine sand or any other granular material or combination to given CBR of 30 on prepared subgrade in accordance with the requirements of the specifications including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 250mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in SubBase / Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5 etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick bituminous macadam using 0.20 cum fo 26.50-13.20mm, 0.43 cum of 13.20 2.36 mm and 0.08 cum of 2.36mm & below size IRC metal with 37 Kgs of VG30/VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross section sand consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher / 9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 504 of MORTH Rev-5 etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50mm, 0.17cum of 9.50 2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30 kgs of VG30 / VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40 mm with mechanical paver to the specified grade sand cross section sand consolidated by8-10 tonne Vibratory/ Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher/ 9m paver finisher, Vibratory/ Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5 etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Prime Coat over WBM/WMM surface using 7Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5 etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Tack Coat over WBM/WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5 etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms per sq m area,thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc...complete (as per MORT&H specification No 803) etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

B) Providing Common facility :- (security cabin, staff & Workers toilet, Culvert & Sheep mating pen for all units) Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring strutting and baling out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed consolidated and depositing the surplus earth with in the compound in places shown by the departmental officers within an initial lead and lift and clearing, levelling the site etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five M.sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Brick partition walls of 11.50cm thickness using best quality II class ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9" x 4-1/2" x 3" in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M. Sand) using hoop iron reinforcement if found necessary including curing etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers. (Hoop iron reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately) For foundation and basement

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. Supply and fixing of 50 x 50 x 6mm M.S. angle Or PIPE of 2.55m height (for Vertical posts and for stay posts) with 4 number of 10mm dia holes for fixing M.S.splice plate of 40mm x 150mm at top and bottom with 10mm dia bolt and nuts for fixing chain link fencing and embedding with cement concrete 1:2:4 to a depth of 0.45m and leaving 2.10m above the ground level including provide necessary for lening applying a coat of primer etc., complete. Supplying and fixing of powder coated galvanized aluminium metal roofing sheet 0.47mm thick JSW or equivalent of ISI make of different colour sheet for roofing with necessary adjustable ridges seater by using “U” or “J” bolts and nuts with washers or SDST screws and also the labour charges for fixing in position etc., complete as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Supplying and fixing of M.S.grill of approved design for open courtyard, grill, grill work to doors and window openings etc., using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed on edges including priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:11/2:3 (One Cement, one and half M.sand and three hard broken stone jelly) using machine broken 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC item of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill, fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing, curing, etc., complete and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slab wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of wall, beam etc. shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three P.Sand) 12mm thick and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers. For superstructure in Ground floor

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of steel reinforcements using MS / RTS rods for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel. Binding wire, straightening the rods, welding of rods, dia above 25mm in all floors complying with standard specifications. [The welding should conform to BIS. Wherever required at contractor’s expense.]

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of STEEL DOOR with following section. Outer frame 40 X 40 X 6mm Hollow steel special extruded section at 3.28Kg/RM and shutter frame 35 X 35 X 6mm hollow steel special extruded section at 3.28Kg/RM. Stiffeners with 32 X 6mm at 1.5 Kg/m MS flat is provided as the lock rail of the door and welded in fact on both ends to shutter frame. 20 gauge CR sheets of best quality is laid as panel in the shutters frames. 18X5mm at 0.7 Kg/m MS flat is welded over the 32X6mm at 1.50 Kg/m MS that on the rear side of the sand witching the CR sheet for rigidly. Additional stiffness with 18 X 5mm at 0.7 Kg/m MS flats are provided diagonally on the rear side of the shutter 2 Nos., of hinges in case of single leaf and 4 Nos., of hinges in case of double leaf shutter is provided 6 Nos., of hold fasts 120mm length spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frames of the door. Tower bolt 2 Nos., one at top and the other at bottom are provided. One aldrop is provided in case of double leaf door at lock rail section in the door. For single leaf doors one more aldrop is provided in the inner side of the door and additional provision for locking arrangements for lock is provided on the rear side of the door at in appropriate place, in case of a double leaf door, MS flat 32 X 3mm at 1.10 Kg/m is provided on the edge of one shutter, to conceal the gap between the shutters. A tic bat is provided at the bottom of the outer frame to prevent twisting of frame during transportation of fixing. All members are given a shop coat of red oxide primer etc., as directed by the departmental officers. The rate is include cost of all materials, labour charges, transportation, taxes and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats of exterior emulsion paint over one coat of exterior primer using best quality and approved colour of paint, brushes, scaffolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specification. Paint, primer and colour have to be got approved by department Engineers.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer,i/c., before use on works).

Paving the floor with Self Designed Colour ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three of M.sand) 20 mm thick and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 kg / Sqm including etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The tiles should be got approved by the departmental officers before executing of works )

Dadooing walls with best approved quality, printed design colour glazed tiles of size 300 mm x 450 mm x 6 mm sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two M.sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing in positon Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to PVC pipes (including the cost of 110mm dia PVC pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying and fixing of steel window covered with MS sheet openable shutter. The outer frame and shutter made out of steel sections confirming to IS7452/1982. The outer frames of windows made out of 'Z' section (F7D) of size 20x20x3mm confirming to IS 7452/1982. Mullions are made out (F4B) T section of size 46x25x3mm confirming to IS 7452/1982. The shutters are individual and each of themcanbe operated separately. Sash bars are made of "T" section (T2) of size 25x22x3mm. 2 Nos. of sturdy hinges and one number of handle cum ratch of special type are fixed or each openable.
