M&L for preparation of existing joints by manually/ mechanically raking out to depth of 20 to 25mm and width of joints 5 to 10mm, cleaning the joints with coir brushes and removing all the fine particles, cleaning to concrete surfaces and joints with the help of air compressor and removing away the existing sealing compound and all other loose materials to a distance exc 200 meter but n’exc 250 meter as directed and providing a back rod/de-bonding strip (thickness 10 to 12mm) applying primer to joint with light pressure and filling the joints with polyurethane base sealing compound (pitch free) ISI marked single compound including fixing masking tape to prevent edges of joints becoming dirty due to spillage of sealant complete all as specified and directed. M&L for repair of concrete slab or pavement damaged /spoiled edges/surfaces to rectangular section removing all loose and foreign material and disposing off the same to a distance exc. 200 M but n. exc 500 M and cleaning the surface and filling with epoxy resin all as per manufacturer's instruction including necessary form complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Sand for epoxy mortar shall be "QUARTZ" sand and hardener, resin will be of M/S HUNTSMAN/DR BECK.

M&L for repair of concrete slab or pavement damaged/spoiled edges/surfaces cut to rectangular section, removing all loose and foreign material and disposing off the same to a distance exc. 200 M but n. exc 500 M and cleaning the surface and filling FLEXOPATCH-ELASTOMERIC CONCRETE OF CHOKSEY all as per manufacturer's instruction including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note:- ELASTOMERIC CONCRETE Mortar shall be "QUARTZ" with fibre and hardner, resin will be of M/s CHOKSEY or as specified in PS.

Fixing only in repairs SURE BOND self adhesive cold applied polymer modified high tack bituminous instant Runway/Tarmac crack sealing tape of 100mm width, 2KPa thick having quick release film on one side Runway/Pavement/Tarmac crack to form high strength water proof layer complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only in repairs SURE BOND self adhesive cold applied polymer modified high tack bituminous instant Runway/Tarmac crack sealing tape of 150mm width, 2KPa thick having quick release film on one side Runway/Pavement/Tarmac crack to form high strength water proof layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of concrete slab or pavement damaged/spoiled edges/surfaces in pot holes of 5mm to 10mm in diameter and depth upto 10mm, removing all loose and foreign material and disposing off the same to a distance exc 200M but n.exc 500M and cleaning the surface and filling with epoxy resin mixing with appropriate material all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Sand for epoxy mortar shall be "QUARTZ" sand and hardener, resin will be of M/S HUNTSMAN/DR BECK.

-Ditto- as above item No 7 but the diameter of pot holes exc 10mm but n.exec. 20mm and depth exc. 10mm but not exc. 20mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
