Construction of one No. RCC OHSR having capacity 15 KL (15,000 ltrs) height 15.50 mtr. up to FSL & 13.00 mtr. up to sill level from formation level complete with external RCC stair case with landing slabs at each staging RCC roof, ventilator single man hole cover lightening conductor, aluminium ladder inside tank portion etc. complete as decribed in schedule No. 3. Providing & fixing DI/D/F expansion joint conforming to IS -1536-1989 or latest and bail mouth and D/F puddle collars as per DWSS design, Duck foot bends conforming to ISI-13382 and CI/DF sluice Valve duly ISI marked ( IS 14846-2000 or latest) one each with inlet, outlet and scour pipes including providing and installing intel, outlet, scour pipes and overflow DI double flanged pressure pipes horizontally cast in sand moudls as per IS 8329-2000 and latest duly ISI marked from bottom dome to duck foot bend and further up to 2.75 mtr as per detail specification. TMT steel and painting of all complete shall be included in cost complete in all respect as per specifications. (The specification & drawing are based on safe bearing capacity of soil of 8.75 tones per sqm. In case the safe bearing capacity of soil is less than 8.75 tone per sqm. the contractor shall submit his own design for foundation portion based on actual safe bearing standard capacity as per DWSS specifications. CHLORINATION & DISINFECTION

Providing & Installing Testing & Commissioning of One No. Electrically driven diaphragm opreated metering system chemical dosing chlorinator suitable for for delivering 0.5 to 6 liters of Bleaching Powder solution/ Sodium Hypo solution per hour under maximum delivery pressure upto 7 Kg/cm2 and suction left not less than 1.5 mtr., as per DWSS standard specifations.

Column Pipe of suitable size 50 mm =31 mtr (in 3 mtr lengths each with flanges , screwed and welded on both sides) rubber gaskets, nuts and bolts submersible cable (reputed make) complete in all respects as per standard Specifications.

Enviornmental Provision

Rough grassing including uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 15 cm, removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly, breaking clods, mixing fertilizer, levelling and dressing for planting new grass, including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts, planting doob grass in rows 15 cm apart in both directions, watering and maintenance till first mowing.

Digging of pits in all kinds of soil & refilling the same, with the excavated earth mixed with well decayed farm yard manure @ 30% of pit volume and insecticide for termite control

Supplying and planting permanent trees in prepared pits and watering

Planting ground covers (ordinary) including digging of beds to 15 cm depth and mixing FYM, fertilizer and insecticides, planting of sapling at 25cm distance from plant to plant and row to row.

Planting bulbous flower beds including digging of beds to 15 cm depth and mixing FYM, fertilizer and insecticides, planting of sapling at 30cm distance from plant to plant and row to row.

Operation & Maintenance

Operation & Maintenance of entire water supply scheme including Pump oprator cum-chowkidar, consumables, repair of structures, distribution system , minor repair of machinery, collection of water tariff, lawns with fine grassing & ornamental plants with manure & watering etc for three month after completion at water work site.
