6 mm cement plaster to celling in cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement :3 sand) including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
