To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21,2021-22,2022-23,2023-24,2024-25 satisfactorily completed (At least 90% of the Contract Value) as a prime contractor at least ONE SIMILAR NATURE OF WORK Such as Building work to an extent of 50% of the cost of the work, of any construction work of value not less than Rs. 280.00 Lakhs (Past experience) Certified duly by the 0fficer not below the rank of Executive Engineer

3.2 d The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess required valid electrical license for executing building electrification works and should have executed similar electrical works of value not less thank Rs. 4.00 Lakhs (usually not less than 50% of the water supply and sanitation works) in any one year

3.2 e Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totalling of value not less than Rs. 2.50 lakhs (not less than 50% of electrical works) in any one year

3.2 a All Tenderers shall provide the requested information accurately and in sufficient detail in Section 3 Qualification information. 1.To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21,2021-22,2022-23,2023-24,2024-25 achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover(in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 1121.00 Lakhs Financial Status(Certificate from CA with UDIN Number, if Failed to satisfy the condition tender will be rejected) (The turn over certificate shall have UDIN generated through ICAI Portal. Turn over certificate without UDIN will not be considered and treated as invalid. The confirmation letter issued by Chartered Accountant shall also have UDIN generated through ICAI Portal)

3.3 c Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.153.00 Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Balance sheet for the past five years stating the gross civil engineering contract reciepts.The balance sheet uploaded should be auidted by the Chartered Account and should consist of valid UDIN Number.

The Contractor should upload the GST returns (GSTR-3B / GSTR-9) , Income Tax Return (ITR) filed for the relevant assessment year(s) and matches with the Year-wise statement of gross civil engineering contract receipts
