Dismantaling, shifting, re-Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 2.0 ton (Make-Voltas) VRV Airconditioners indoor from existing location to new location, including fixing of drain pipe, copper pipe, PVC conduit, T-joint and solvent material, 10 mm fastner, 10 mm ss rod & nut bolt, supporing ss rod & clamp, soldering & brazing, complete as per site requerment. (Excluding the cost of supply of Copper Pipe , Draine Pipe, Insulation & Control wiring)

Testing and Commissioning of outdoor of VRV Airconditioner system of capacity 20 HP (Make-Voltas) including leakage test in the refrigerant pipe line with nitrogen, vaccummising in the VRV system, refrigerant recharge, connecting the indoor & outdoor communication cable and making the Airconditioners in perfect working conditions as per site requirement. (Excluding the cost of supply of refrigerant R-410)

Dismantling, Shifting, re-Installation, testing & commissioning of indoor of 03 TR Tower AC (Make-Voltas) including supply & recharge refrigerant, fixing of drain pipe, copper pipe, PVC conduit, T-joint, soldering & brazing, etc. complete as per site requerment. (Excluding the cost of supply of Copper Pipe, Drain pipe, insulation & Control wiring)

Supply of refrigerant R-410 suitable for recharging the VRV Air Conditioning System complete as required.

Supply of copper refrigerant pipe size 3/8" with suitable nitrile rubber pipe insulation complete as required.

Supply of copper refrigerant pipe size 5/8" with suitable nitrile rubber pipe insulation complete as required.

Supply of 25mm PVC Drain Pipe with elbow/socket and suitable nitrile rubber pipe insulation etc. complete as required.

Supply of 20mm PVC Conduit with elbow/socket for wiring complete as required.

Supply of 2 Core 1.5 Sqmm copper communication wire for connection between indoor and outdoor of Air Conditioning System complete as required.

Supply of 3 X 2.5 Sqmm size PVC insulated un sheathed bright anneales Copper Conductor cable suitable to work upto 1100V, AC Supply confirming to IS:694 upto date amendments etc complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 8 way (8 + 24), Double door, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, IP-43, MCB distribution board, 415 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including arthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Supplying and fixing of 8 way (4 + 24), Double door surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 volts, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 amps tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCB's (but without MCB's and incomer ) as required .(Note : Vertical type MCB TPDB is normally used where 3 phase outlets are required.)

Supplying and fixing 4 way (4 + 12), Double door, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, IP-43, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator).

Supplying and fixing of 20mm size of steel conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including painting in case of surface conduit, or cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing of 25mm size of steel conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including painting in case of surface conduit, or cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and drawing 3 x 4 sq.mm sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and drawing 6 x 4 sq.mm sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover infront on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps modular socket outlet and 15/16 amps modular switch, connection etc. as required.

Supply of 4C x 16 Sqmm, 1.1 KV grade, Armoured,XLPE insulated, PVC sheated, Multicore, Copper conductor cable confirming to IS: 7098 (Part -1) 1988 amended upto date.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade Upto 35 sq. mm size in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle) size on wall surface as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper lugs for 4 X 16 sq. mm (28mm) size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

SITC of High Wall single phase, 5-Star invertor type 2.0 TR capacity split type airconditioner unit, minimum 20500 BTU/hr, fitted with hermetically sealed rotary compressor operating on refrigerant R-32/green gas suitable for single phase, 230V, 50Hz, including standard length of copper refrigerant pipe, copper cable and all other accessories as per OEM, capable to performing the functions as cooling, dehumidifying, air circulating and filtering, including fixing of extra copper refrigerant pipe, drain pipe and holes in wall etc. etc. complete as required.

SITC of High Wall single phase, 5-Star invertor type 1.5 TR capacity split type airconditioner unit, minimum 16500 BTU/hr, fitted with hermetically sealed rotary compressor operating on refrigerant R-32/green gas suitable for single phase, 230V, 50Hz, including standard length of copper refrigerant pipe, copper cable and all other accessories as per OEM specifications capable of performing the functions as cooling, dehumidifying, air circulating and filtering, including fixing of extra copper refrigerant pipe, drain pipe and holes in wall etc. complete as required.

Supply of copper refrigerant pipe size 1/2" (12.5mm) with suitable nitrile rubber pipe insulation complete as required.

Supply of copper refrigerant pipe size 1/4" (6.25mm) with suitable nitrile rubber pipe insulation complete as required.

Supply and fitting of appropriate size and thickness of MS Stand / L-Chair for fixing 1.5/2.0 TR split AC outdoor unit or condensing units along with necessary vibration pads , anchor fastner/bolt & nuts etc on concrete/brick wall or floor etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 6 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Single Pole

Supplying and fixing of 63A, Four Pole MCB, 10 KA rating, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 100A, Four Pole MCB, 15 KA rating, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 125 Amp, 3 phase, 4 pole, elclosed Automatic Transfer Switch panel with fixing on wall, connections etc. complete as required. Make/ Model:- L&T/ Enclosed ATS, Frame 2, 125A or Havells/Instaline ATS IHYFCDE125 or equivalent.
