Taking out by disconnecting electrically existing unserviceable HT OCBs (switch gear) 11 KV (indoor and outdoor) and depositing to MES store yard at VV Camp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, testin and commissioning HT 11 KV, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, 3 wire, totally enclosed, metal clad, prewired, indenpendent type, indoor type, floor mounted, Horizontal draw out, horizontal isolation type vaccum circuit breaker (VCB) 400 Amp rating, motor operated, , spring charged having rupturing capacity 250 MVA , comprising of the followings:- FOR OUTGOING (a) Housing for circuit breaker carriage 1 No (b) Mechanical inter lock and automatic safety shutter gear including padlocking arrangement 1 No (c) Isolating plugs 6 Nos (d) 13.1 KA at 11 KV , 400 Amps VCB comprising of the following :- (i) Assembly of 3 vacuum interrupters complete with epoxy support insulators and self aligning finger type isolating contacts. (ii) Hand and motor operated (220 AC) spring charged, independent starting crossing/tripping trip free operating mechanism with manual closing and tripping push buttons and mechanical break closed/open spring charged/discharged indication (iii) Mechanical operation counter (iv) Electrical release coil of 24 V DC (v) Breaker operated auxiliary switch 4 Nos and N/C

S&F Cross linked poly-ethylene (XLPE) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ( heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts class A2XFY 11 KV (Earthed) grade of cross-sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 core laid in trenches/through pipe in road crossings/ paths /drains /ducts /floors /along poles/walls/ceilings/ equipments etc. complete supply and fixed/ laid all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Cable jointing kit for HT 11KV (Earthed) cable for out door end termination ,cold shrinkable type joint kit complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 120 Sqmm x 3 core cross sectional area including testing after jointing, fixing in replacement complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Cable jointing kit for HT 11KV (Earthed) cable for Indoor end termination ,Cold shrinkable type joint kit complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 120 Sqmm x 3 core cross sectional area including testing after jointing, fixing in replacement complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and exceeding 1.5 metre but not excedding 3.0 metre in depth for route of cable and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming, in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc.1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying Sand cushioning to cables with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm depth after laying of cable, complete all as specified.

Supply and laying protection to cable with one layer of PCC covers HVP Type-I of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm laid flat butting to each other in such a way that the length of the PCC cover is at right angle to the central axis of the cable , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement GI pipe light grade 100 mm bore (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ road crossings/ fixed to poles/ceiling / along walls/ path /drain/floors with and including all necessary clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc and all fittings as required, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Necessary excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.)

S&F Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 deep below normal ground level and connected to and including galvanized earth lead 32X6 mm strip upto 7.50 metre, by means of GI nuts, bolt, check nuts, washers thimbles, etc as shown in electrical plate No 03 SSR Part I and connection to main switch board or panel and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type to soil, returning fitting in and removal of surface spoil to a distance not exc 50 metre, PCC chamber (1:2:4) type B-1, charcoal and salt mixed layer 15cm thick all around the earth plate electrode, MS funnel with wire mesh, GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade for earth wire protection fixed with poles with two clamps, made from MS flat 25mm x 3mm, bolts, nuts and washers 75mm thick RCC cover 1:2:4 type B-1 with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm C/C on both sides, shall be provided on CI frame etc complete all as specified.
